We have stayed in extended stay type of hotels quite often and this is by far the most disappointing one. Kitchenettes are completely un-stocked. Guests have to purchase dishes from the front desk, not a single glass or cup or spoon or paper towel is provided in the room. No toiletries other than one tiny shampoo and soap, much smaller than usual hotel items. Will not stay there again, not interested in spending my time roaming the neighborhood for basics that every other place has included.

Surprised to be the first review, definitely have not been to a new enough hotel for that to be the case before. Based on the fact you are getting a suite (obviously with a small kitchen) for the I feel like cheap price and location it’s a great value. If you are staying longer term and taking more use of the kitchen there is a Cumberland farms right next to it and a little further out is a stop n shop. As well as a decent abundance of dining out options too. Due to the fact of how new this place is you know the rooms are clean and honestly this early you may be the first people staying in your room ever. I would recommend this if you need a short or long term place to stay. The price seemed more reasonable than many similarly located hotels. The staff checking us in was friendly as well. Check it out!

The rooms are seemingly made of paper and cardboard. The booming footsteps and banging from the room above us has kept my infant son awake and screaming for about two hours now.

I understand some noise is what it is. I live in an apartment that is similar. But this is truly something else. Every step taken by the people above us sounds like they are trying to stomp as hard as humanly possible on the ground. It shakes the walls. It astounds me that this building is even standing anymore. It sounds like I’m staying under Godzilla. Insanity.

This hotel was extremely unpleasant. The noise was loud all night in the hallways and the room above me, they don’t have curtains over the window blinds, no shampoo or bath necessities, and the house keeping started knocking on my door at 9:30am shouting at me even though I wasn’t ready to check out yet. I heard the housekeepers fighting with each other in the hallway all morning. I could barely sleep because of the noise from the other guests as well as the loud traffic on the street. I didn’t even feel safe here.

General Manager Has A Attitude Problem And Was Very Rude To A Lady Name Lisa At The Desk my room was filthy and not to anyone true standard travelers inn is better far as cleanliness.. worse hotel in new england shut it down. Then we had some snow and the guy at night was out there shoveling for us

Wi-Fi is terrible, rooms are cheaply made similar to a dorm room and the kitchen is not a full kitchen as advertised. Cutlery and plates are not included, they need to be bought for an additional fee from front desk

I highly do not recommend this hotel at all first off the walls are very thin you can hear everything in others rooms the staff are rude and are not friendly secondly they will over charge your card once you leave and make something up which is fraud please do not go here rooms are very outdated and old run far from this hotel!

Convenient location and good staff, unfortunately the rooms truly seem to have the characteristics of cardboard as others said.
