3 minute walk to the beach.Neighborhood is safe and property is secure. Completely fenced in and grass area for pets.

Having your own private garage and entrance was really nice.

Studio is loaded with everything you would need for a short + long stay.

A lot of time and effort clearly went into the studio, even the amenities and care to all the plants outside show how much the owners take care of everything.

Host was responsive and helpful with local recommendation and overall knowledge of the area. Communication was great! Will stay again next time I am in Ensenada

The apartment is very clean and has all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. Located less than 5 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants and other services. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with a great gym and bar area to hang out and socialize. Rick and Sandra are amazing hosts and always eager to meet the needs of their guests. Thank you for an amazing get away and we will be coming back as often as possible.

Lovely one bedroom apartment, sea views with breezes on balcony. To say Sandra and Rick are super hosts is an understatement. They are beyond accommodating, warm and friendly. I wanted a recommendation for a pedicure and presto a mobile one was arranged. There is a large TV in the weight room where we sometimes hang out to binge watch what is of interest. I am a long term rental and really enjoy the sense of community and having local insight on restaurants to facials Pet friendly is an understatement, my dog loves it here. Enjoy sitting in the garden, feels homey instantly.

This place was a 10/10 Rick and Sandra are super welcoming and made us feel super comfortable! One thing we always want to feel is safe and this is a place where you will feel 100% safe! They recommend amazing food spots and u cant beat thats its right by the beach! The room was super clean and very taken care of. We appreciate the accommodation we received in our 4 day stay.

Rick and Sandra are the best hosts! They take care of their guests with bottled water, paper towels, toilet paper, restaurant recommendations or anything else you might need. They are very dog friendly and my dog Bean made a new friend with their dog Bella. Play your cards right and you might even get invited to a Sunday bbq.

My husband and I recently started traveling the Baja peninsula together with our German Shepherd, Dolly Girl.  Ensenada is only our second stop.  We booked the Studio with the attached garage for the entire month of June.  We were super excited to find a pet-friendly place within walking distance to the beach.  Our hosts, Rick and Sandra, are warm, welcoming and very accommodating.  They truly have made us feel as if we are visiting family!  We love this place ~ the location, the people, the vibe, the close proximity to everything one could possible need for a pleasant getaway, and of course Rick and Sandra!  Our awesome hosts have a compound-type facility that is safe and secured.  We have access to all of the amenities listed and our Dolly Girl seems to be very comfortable roaming around freely.  If you have a vehicle, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe in the enclosed parking.  Our truck is too long for the garage so we utilize the side driveway.  At the time of this review, we are into our fourth week and looking forward to our extended stay thru July.  Yeap, we like it here so much that we extended our stay thru the third week of July!  Did I mention that Rick and Sandra are amazing?  Not only are they great hosts, but they have become our friends.

I stayed in the studio apartment and it was wonderful. Super cute and clean with all the amenities I needed. The beach was only a block away and the uber ride downtown was only $3! I love that the garage is attached to the studio so my car was secure and easily accessible. I will stay here again and plan to use the bbq, spa, and gym next time.

This is the best place! We've stayed here twice now. The apartment and the studio are both clean and well stocked with all the necessities and conveniences you could want. The hosts are friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location, and the amenities are top notch! We will definitely be staying again.
