Ordered a coolant line paid for express overnight shipping. After installing the welding had a void and sprayed coolant. Customer service said buy another pay for overnight again and pay for return shipping. Finally, after many calls and photos they agreed to ship next day. They shipped ground from opposite side of the country! I'm in NH original shipped from NY. Over 1 week later and still no part. This should have been an easy replacement now between time shipping delays $26.00 lost coolant my expense exceeded part cost and at this time I still haven't received a good part.
Poor quality parts and horrible following through. This appears to be a reoccurring issue with many customers. At a minimum I would appreciate a refund of my overnight shipping expense. 42 years of Auto technician and this is the worst experience.

bought a new e46 expansion tank and it leaks from the cap and I can see it was a factory defect now I have to do this job twice and a huge inconvience for myself you can see from the pics what the problem is first is of new defective one second one is old part how did it even leave the factory like that just shows quality is not even on their checklist

Don’t buy URO Parts if you value your life. This outer tie rod on my BMW 6 series failed after less than 10,000 miles (documented). It shows more than 2mm of axial play. You expect aftermarket parts to have a slightly shorter lifespan, but this is flagrant.

EDIT 1/28/2024: My emails to the company landed in their junk folder so they did not respond for 6 months, but they reached back out and provided a refund. Unfortunately I had long since discarded the faulty parts so they could not perform Root Cause Analysis. I will continue to buy URO Parts, but I won't use them for critical suspension components anymore.

These parts are trash. If you want to replace the same parts yearly for a few dollars saved then go with this brand. Found uro parts thermostat on my Audi and lasted less than a year 20k miles. Almost left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. The picture below is my failed thermostat it’s supposed to be one piece and the element fell out of it. Always use factory parts on items like these.

I purchased this fan in October of last year, for a project car I was getting running for my wife to use as a commuter (40 miles one way). This fan was purchased to replace a mechanical fan, after reading multiple reviews and DIYs about the modification. I didn't think I "cheaped out" on this purchase as it was about double the price of other new fans out there, though quite a bit more affordable than an OE fan. I specifically paid the higher price hoping for a reliable solution, since it was for my wife to drive.

Well, I finally got the car running and on the road in mid-March 2021 after about $4K in repairs and modifications (I have $1000 in shocks on the car, so not like I skimped) to add reliability, and everything appeared to be working to expectation. That is, until my wife called me from the side of the road, out in the sticks, with the car over-heating and needing a tow.

Got the car home, pulled the intake plumbing for a good look at things, thinking the radiator had let go (one of the few original parts left on the car), only to find my brand-new Uro fan had melted all of its wires together and s*** the bed. Luckily, no damage to the factory wire-harness, and plugged into the auxiliary OE fan, it ran just fine. No shorts or blown fuses found either, other than at the fan.

NOT thrilled about the prospect of there having been a nice little CAR FIRE for my wife to deal with, I contacted Uro directly (as directed on my invoice), and got an immediate response with apologies from Ben, followed immediately by request for proof of purchase and details, which I provided same day. 10 days later, NOTHING SINCE. Two phone calls and four emails later to Uro, and still nothing.

Luckily, Amazon was immediate in their care and concern and refunded my purchase post haste. Uro will NEVER be a consideration for me again. They tout a 2-yr warranty on all their parts, but good luck getting someone to honor it. Abysmal, and if I could give negative stars, I would.

4/21 Update- Drew, from APA, replied to my frustrations. While he did not provide a solution, he DID take ownership and was apologetic for the circumstance. Hard to come by, in this day and age, someone who is not afraid to "take medicine". I will reconsider Uro moving forward, as I have had decent luck with some of their other products.

4/30 LAST UPDATE- Drew again contacted me with test results for a similar fan they had in stock. Apologized again, for my frustrations. Pretty friggin' cool, and caused me to rethink my opinion of them. I will consider Uro parts moving forward, especially as the price-points are difficult to beat, as well as this level of follow up.

Horrible customer service. Oil pan failed and they would not accept responsibility. Instead I was blamed with zero evidence.
Edit. photos provided clearly did not show an installation error. The photos provided showed a hole in the oil pan. That's it. NO accidental mistake occurred. They claimed, with zero evidence, a bolt I 'missed' (you think i might remember that?') putting a bolt in or one magically fell from above and this caused the hole. Incredibly this "magical" bolt they talk about was never found by me. I appreciate your free warranty replacement that would require me to pay $30 at least to send the pan away and wait even more time after back and forth condescending emails with your horrible customer service. The next day i installed a superior quality pan with my "lack of mechanical knowledge". Thanks for nothing

If you get a Uro parts bmw e36 aluminum thermostat housing expect to do some grinding of the mating surface. Mine was so thick the profile gasket barley stuck past the housing. Also was able to see that the surface wasn't even straight. Once grinding was done it sealed well but also used black Toyota rtv. So far so good but really was surprised how it wasn't up to what it should have been right out of the box.

Wish I had replaced my bad coolant sensor a lot sooner, the idiot light was annoying. When I removed the original part it said "Made in Mexico". The Uro one looks like it's better built and more robust, and works great
