Bonito hotel pero que decepción que por mucho tiempo la room attendant siguen siendo victimas de robos de sus propinas nuestra familia muy a menudo nos hospedábamos ahí asta que mi esposo escuchó a una manager diciéndole a una Room attendant! Te agarre la propina por el radio ?lo más triste es que si las room attendant dicen algo de los robos de sus propinas por parte de los managers es de lo más bajo que ese hotel puede caer Room 209 LAS ROOM ATTENDANT SE MERECEN RESPETO Y APRECIO CON DIGNIDAD POR MUCHO TIENPO LES VIENEN LOS MANAGERS ROBÁNDOLES LAS PROPINAS sin poder quejarse oh de hablar de sus derechos lo que es legal y justo por que tienen represarías y hostigamiento que vergüenza ?es más seguro dar las propinas en la mano a room attendant y no en el curto para manager ?

Really a great place. Very clean, quiet (no noise from neighbors above or to the side)... Spacious, secure, and a great area. Full kitchen, with appliances and cookware, 2 full bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, dining area, and living room.
I'm pleasantly surprised to find such a nice extended-stay apart-hotel.

The bed in the 2nd suite entirely too low. Sofa and coffee table very low. Definitely not enough lighting. Bedrooms very dark at night. Had to turn on closet light just to have light. Not enough light to read by. The dark gray concrete ceiling in living room is oppressive. Two outlets in the kitchen were nonfunctional.

I was able to stay at the AKA the week of the 2024 Emmy's in LA. This was the 4th time I have stayed at an AKA and the Second at this particular hotel. I will say this stay exceeded every expectation I had, and the other trips were GREAT. They impressed me all around and I really enjoy staying there. My job brings me back that way often and I will stay at the AKA every time I am able. They really care about the experience you have, the attention to detail is unmatched, and they put 110% into even the smallest tasks. Directly I want to point out the staff I had interaction with which was Esther, Makeda, Amanda, Nick, Adrian, Nayara, and Albert. They were all so personable and dedicated. Scott in sales was amazing to with helping me set up my client's rooms and taking care of last-minute changes. They truly made the experience a positive all around. I cannot wait to get back there.

Spent a week at AKA West Hollywood. Booked the room last minute. I was extremely pleased with the check in process. Staff were always pleasant and professional. Our room was essentially a one bedroom apartment with kitchen, washer/dryer. Immaculately clean. Amazing views of the Hollywood Hills. Definitely recommend!!

WeHo at your feet, A.K.A is perfectly located for the LA experience. Our studio suite is replete with all comforts, a full kitchen and enviable views. Staff are efficient, affable and leap to be of assistance. We loved the pool and gym facilities
