Stayed here on two separate occasions when I visited my brother, who lives nearby, and I loved it. It's right in the centre of town, the rooms are huge and the beds are really comfy. Tasty breakfast too. Beat, the owner, is lovely and always responded incredibly quick to my emails. As a woman travelling alone, I felt really safe. Won't stay anywhere else in Brooksville!

This place is a a mid-century Florida home converted into 5 privacy rooms. It feels like being invited into a stranger home and being welcomed like family without the hassles of dealing with family! Co come stay and relax. For a night out you'll find Florida Cracker House down the block for drinks music and the local folk for some fun and relaxation. A harty breakfast is served next door. Old Florida at its best!

My daughter and her friends stayed for 2 nights. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and very clean. The decor was very good. The first floor decor were dated. Needs fresh light/bright interior painting. Overall the place was quiet, the caretaker was very friendly and accommodating.

What a nice surprise! I decided to stay in Brooksville instead of Tampa for work visit to Brooksville. This place is great. Great hospitality. Delicious breakfast. Comfy room and furniture throughout. Close to everything downtown. Cool restaurants within walking distance. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely will stay here on my text trip to Brooksville. Thanks for letting me use your VIP parking even after I checked out. Thanks, Beat!

Stayed here with four other friends and had a great stay. The owner, Beat, was there making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Home is close to several restaurants and watering holes. We would definitely stay here again. Great European style breakfast with plenty of options and good coffee.
