Exterior of property is pretty dated. Rooms were surprisingly clean and in decent shape though. walls are thin, so expect to overhear your Neighbor‘s conversations pretty clearly. Staff wasn’t all that friendly. Maid’s did a good job in making up the bed and cleaning the room daily. The property also has a pool, but I wasn’t able to check it out because it was off-season. All in all it was OK at the price point I paid.

Great family owned hotel. In a prime location too. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach in a really beautiful neighborhood. I stayed here for about 3 months and the staff are wonderful. The only negative is that the single occupant beds are very small. Other than that, I can’t rave enough about this place.

What a little gem! Our room was immaculate, updated bathroom, quiet and a few blocks from the beach and numerous seafood restaurants. Each room has a frig and microwave plus seats outside on the little porches plus picnic tables. For smokers, outside ashtrays are provided! Walking distance to fishing charter boats… quaint town, hotel and just lovely!

my stay here would have been fine if it weren’t for the extremely unfriendly staff. we were spoken to impolitely/treated as though we did something wrong the second we stepped through the office door to check in, and it seemed as though the owners/staff have some strange, immediate mistrust/dislike of their guests. when my friends arrived the next morning to pick us up, they were immediately harassed by a staff member, and after quietly explaining they were just here to pick us up and would leave right after, the staff member snapped “fine, but be quiet, there are people sleeping.” as if they’d been yelling. it truly seems as though staff finds having guests an inconvenience, which stinks because it’s a cute motel otherwise.
