Avalon Dublin Station has been an excellent place to live! The location is incredibly convenient—right next to BART, making commutes a breeze. The community is well-maintained, clean, and located in a safe neighborhood.

The leasing process, from signing to move-out, was seamless—everything is done online, which made it super easy. One of the standout features is the app-based access to the entire community, so there's no need to worry about carrying or losing keys.

The amenities are top-notch! The gym is fantastic, with high-quality equipment that rivals professional fitness centers. The outdoor swimming pool is a great spot to relax, and the community room is perfect for hosting gatherings or just hanging out.

The management team is communicative, responsive, and always helpful. Overall, a great living experience—I highly recommend Avalon Dublin Station!

Living here for the past few months has been amazing due to the wonderful amenities this location offers and many friendly faces . As of recently I have noticed a considerable cleanliness improvement and I believe that is attributed to the new maintenance worker hired. I really appreciate the attention to detail and making sure our residence is always up to standard. Guests who have come over have vocalized the same sentiment and I believe some praise is definitely warranted. Thank you for all the hard work you do!

I remember reading some negative reviews about this place in the past, which initially made me hesitant to move in. Given the premium rent, I had certain expectations that didn’t seem to align with what I’d read. However, after visiting the apartment, I felt it fit what I was looking for—and now, I’ve just renewed a long-term lease.

One of the main advantages here is the location: it’s within walking distance to BART, and I feel safe walking around at night. There’s also a nice gym, and the staff is genuinely responsive, which makes a huge difference. I want to specifically thank Lea, who was essential in my decision to renew.

The community typically hosts a monthly event with food, providing a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and staff, and share any concerns. Being near a shopping plaza with a Whole Foods also makes grocery shopping convenient. What’s most important to me, though, is the staff’s responsiveness and commitment to tenants’ concerns. Out of all the apartments I’ve rented, this team stands out, and Lea deserves special mention.

As my two-year lease was coming to an end, I had started looking at other places in the area, finding some cheaper options that met my needs. However, thanks to Lea’s willingness to listen to my concerns and her genuine effort to help, I decided to stay and re-sign a long-term lease. This level of care is rare in apartment communities, where leasing staff can often be seen as unresponsive or rude.

Between the convenience of BART, the responsive team, the feeling of safety, and the proximity to shopping, this is a great place to live. Thank you, Lea and the entire team, for making Avalon feel like home!

I am very happy to say that I am staying in Avalon community here in Dublin! A great place to live in!!! I am very thankful to all the staff , but my favorite is Lea. The Apartment looked great and this was the only apartment with decent reviews. No doubt this place had good reviews, the move in was smooth and our requests were taken care by the team very well. Tanaya and John were happy to help us out everytime we requested something. The office staffs are friendly and accommodating.

The apartment looks great from the outside and also the houses are large and comfortable, well insulated with heating and air conditioning. The move in is easy as the lifts are spacious to accommodate your things. The maintenance team is also really quick.

They have food truck every Thursday, organize movie nights, the swimming pool is great and the Bart and buses are stones throw from the apartment. Also the shopping places are just a few minutes away.

The living room,kitchen and bathrooms had ample lights, but the bed rooms did not have lights and also no provision for fitting lights on the wall, so had to buy standing lights for both the rooms.Even though the rent is on the higher side, you won't regret renting this place as it offers a pleasant and enjoyable living space.

We absolutely loved living at Avalon Dublin Station. The staff there is amazing- Lea and Jamie are so nice and a great help in the leasing office and the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly. The management goes above and beyond to provide for the residents. The amenities are also great but my favorite part of living there is the amount of storage we had in our apartment which other complexes in the area don't have. Thankful for a great place to live for over three years.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place if your primary concern is SAFETY. First, there was a burglary, and packages were stolen. I am a victim of stolen packages (many times) and burglary. I rented a storage unit, and when I checked my stuff, it was all gone. I reported the burglary to the leasing office, but they ignored me and did nothing. It is not a safe environment. You can smell weeds all over. They don't clean the carpets in the hallways; it's dirty. You can smell the garbage when someone leaves the trash door open; it's a disgusting smell. There was a time when a homeless person could enter the apartment building, and you see them sleeping in the corridors. I had enough, and I'm glad I moved out.
