We love living here!

We moved in about 6 months ago and can honestly say the office staff (James & Lakeisha) is professional and courteous, the maintenance team (Jonathan) is responsive and friendly, and the apartments are in fantastic condition!

We had issues with a few appliances upon move in and the Avoca team was quick to repair or replace them.

Any maintenance requests are handled with care, and the complex is making an effort to maintain itself with additional dog waste bins and trash cleanups.

Our only issues with living here are that a few residents aren’t the best at picking up after their dogs (leaving their business in the grass) or properly sorting their waste (trash in the wrong bins), but generally Avoca does it’s best to mitigate these problems.

Currently Avoca has put up signs telling dog owners not to let them use the bathroom in the main grass area (near the grill). Luckily there is a massive park close by, perfect for walking dogs.

While this change is understandable, we would love to see a dog waste ID system implemented instead (like at Sequoia’s Atrium Walnut Creek) that fines the few irresponsible owners to correct the issue.

As far as parking is concerned, there is street parking over on Houston and there are plenty of spaces on the north side of the complex; we never have issues finding somewhere to park.

Overall we’re more than happy here and are glad we decided to move in!

Leasing office are very rude, unprofessional, unrespecfull, specifically the manager, definitely do her best to lose business with new clients (tenants) , more over they gave us appointment we came on time and found they are closed for 1 hour break!!!! And after all that she is verrryyy rude. We decide not even see the apartment and left becase of the leasing office attitude , i wish there is zero star to give.

I have really enjoyed my time at Avoca Dublin Station and have been a resident here for almost 3 years. Avoca staff members have always been friendly, professional, and accomodating. Lakeisha and James are excellent office managers, both treating me with respect and always being there to help resolve any issues I have had.

Lakeisha in particular has gone out of her way to make my 5 yr old son and I feel at home and she has been an absolute joy to have around. My son always looks forward to seeing her when we go hang at the pool. Also want to give a shout out to the maintenance staff who have always been quick to respond to service requests and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the residents here are taken care of.

All in all the amenities here are nice and well kept. I also really appreciate Avoca's response to recent complaints about dog owners who are not picking up after their pets. It shows the community's voices are being heard and that staff are attentive to our issues and concerns.

Would definitely recommend living here and it has been a great place to call home these last few years.

I was trying to find an apartment for quite some time, and I’m happy to have found this place. My experience here has been great so far (~5months). The staff is very professional and is beyond helpful.

Lakeisha took the time to help me find a unit based on my requirements/budget. She always takes the time to answer any questions, as well as support with any requests.

In addition, James, did a great job of providing me with all necessary information in getting settled into the new place (keys, mailbox, payment setup, etc.).

The community is safe (gated) and the amenities are awesome. There are food spots nearby, iron horse trail is a couple min away,and has great freeways access. Overall, great spot!

James Ware is friendly, very helpful and an amazing manager.  I was unhappy with the posting on my door once.  He apologized for having made me upset and explained the reason and the policy patiently.    When the water heater was broken, he followed up with the replacement and it was done in a day, When my moving date has changed a couple times due to an issue with my closing on a condo, he took my situation personally and accommodated my request. I have been happy with being a part of the community because of him.  James, thank you very much for your kindness.

We love our apartment at Avoca - the location is perfect (we enjoy walking in the park and on the iron horse trail every day). What really sets it apart is the attentiveness of the staff at the leasing office. Lakeisha is especially amazing to work with - she is approachable, efficient, and kind 🙂

I love this place. Nice well maintained apartments. Support is at a beck of a call. Staff is friendly and professional. The staff always looks out for their tenants. Once I lost my movie card in the parking lot. Lakeisha in the office retrieved and somehow found the contact and was able to get back to me to return my card. Kudos to the staff here.

I looked at 7 local complexes and am so glad I chose Avoca! James, Lakeisha and Jaime are a fantastic, professional and responsive team that helped me choose a great unit with a private garage and custom paint. The units are beautiful with lots of storage. The community is gated, safe and my neighbors are friendly, family oriented and pet loving. There is freeway access, shopping and restaurants all within minutes. You can walk a block and use the Iron Horse Trail for biking and getting your steps in. The amenities are great, and I enjoy the pool, hot tub and gym. This is truly a beautiful community to call home.
