Love it here. Lived here for 5 years. Management is great. The grounds are well kept and amenities are nice. Friend always love my apartment building. I feel safe within the building. The neighborhood outside is a little ghetto but I feel safe in my little bubble. I probably wouldn't walk around the neighborhood outside. The residents are generally younger couples, singles. Sometimes they host events like a workout challenge, movie nights by the pool, etc.

Target with a Starbucks below us which is so convenient, but sometimes there's theft. I try to avoid in the later hours of the evening. There's also been a hot chicken place that hasn't opened up for years.

Had issues with our water bill and meter within the last year but it's on the water meter company's fault.

I have lived in this apartment for almost two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The biggest highlight of this apartment is its amenities. There’s a spacious swimming pool, a jacuzzi, barbecue areas, a clean fitness center, and multiple community rooms.

The apartment is cleaned daily, so it’s always clean and safe. Another great feature is the location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Echo Park, which I absolutely love for walking and relaxing.

I highly recommend this apartment!

We love living here at Bahay! The grounds are so beautiful and the building is so clean and well kept with great amenities. It feels like living at a luxury hotel. The leasing agents are very nice and helpful, they brighten my day and put a lot of care into making our living experience enjoyable! We also love that there are often community activities and events that take place time to time. Our neighbors are really friendly and the apartment is very well insulated so the street noise is minimal and we rarely hear our neighbors next door. The building feels safe and we love the convenience of being above a target. I have already recommended living at Bahay to all of my friends and will continue to:)

I lived in a 7th-floor apartment with a stunning city view, and it was truly an amazing place to live. The amenities were exceptional – the study room and community spaces were especially impressive and made living here even better. The maintenance team always kept everything clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience.

The location is unbeatable – close to Downtown LA, Koreatown, and Silver Lake – yet it’s incredibly safe and quiet. The city view was breathtaking, and having a Target downstairs made grocery shopping so convenient. Plus, there’s a Starbucks right below, which was a nice bonus. The management team is incredibly kind and helpful, making living here even more pleasant. Finding an apartment like this in LA felt like a huge stroke of luck. Highly recommend it!

I LOVE everything about this building! This is the only place I’ve ever actually wanted to sign a lease for the second year. The two front office managers are amazing, helpful and kind! Shannon feels like family at this point and literally always brightens my day when I see her. The amenities are ALWAYS cared for (cleaned daily) which has never been the case anywhere else. The pool is essentially a resort pool that is a great place to make new friends. The gym has everything you could ever want so you don’t have to pay for a membership somewhere else. There’s a machine in the lobby where you can get free espresso daily & everyone who lives here is just super friendly and kind. If you have a pup it’s perfect for you too. On top of all of this the apartments put on events all the time. From a pool party with an open bar, taco stand, and a DJ to networking events with snacks and beverages. My favorite is the hot cocoa bar, with all the fixings, every winter. It’s amazing, so if you’re thinking about moving, definitely give it a try.

The best apartments. Lived for 15 months and it was unforgettable. Inside is always clean, smells nice everywhere, excellent management and administration. Strict rules of residence, which I completely agree with. Thank you Bahay for everything!

I LOVE living at Bahay Apartments. Our cats love our floor to ceiling windows so they can sun-bathe and the views of DTLA is AMAZING. The amenities are fantastic and always kept very clean!

The staff is very helpful and kind :)! There is a nice sense of community among the residents too which adds an extra layer of warmth to the experience. I love the location! It's in the heart of Echo Park, so you're just steps away from trendy cafes and vibrant shops.
