I loved staying in Cabin 7 during March 2025. It was clean and quiet. I ate at home multiple days and the kitchen had everything I needed to do that. What a beautiful place!! I’ll be back in the summer when the mountain roads are all open to explore further. Thanks for a lovely stay!

So cute, so clean, perfect location. They literally have all the amenities you need for a home away from home ,minus the little extras like ice trays, seasonings, etc. but the store is 3 minutes away :). Note: The bed is very squeaky; with every turn, it would wake up the spouse. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful stay! The lodge is located tucked away from everything, but close enough to the center of the town. Very quiet & serene place. Loved the giant oak trees that were dropping their gifts (acorns) all day long 🙂 ||Air is so fresh, and you can drink directly from the tap water as it is plugged right into the Mt.Shasta spring! It is a living/healing water! Definitely go to the local Headwaters place/stream to fill up your water jugs with the water untouched by humans! Drinking this water, your Pineal Gland will uncalcify pretty quickly & your Third eye will open 😉| |The night sky is mesmerizing! Feels like we're on a different planet!||The lodge itself is very clean & cozy. Spend some time outside in the morning drinking coffee/tea laying in the hammock 🙂 You will feel God Source flowing through your heart ❤️||It's all about the experiences & feelings you experience while being there (or anywhere at this point). ||🏔 Definitely go on a journey to Mt. Shasta (it is a Root Chakra of the Earth). Spiritual tour guide ➡️ Paul the Venusian (find him on Insta). ||Highly recommend staying at Basecamp Lodge! 🦋

Beautiful experience, the cabin was amazing with a huge fireplace with all the feels of a rustic cabin with subtle modern upgrades. The weather was perfect with snow and snowing while visiting made our experience even more memorable. Love every bit of our cabin and stay.

We stayed 4D3N here and it has been amazing. Basecamp Lodge is nearby for all major attractions like Snowman's Hill, Ski Park, Bunny Flat Trailhead and Downtown. The place itself is very serene with wonderful view and couldn't have asked for better ! We stayed in a cabin with Kitchen and has everything you need ! We know where we are staying on our next trip to Mt Shasta.

Our stay at Basecamp Lodge in Shasta was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't be better—nestled in the heart of beautiful Shasta and close to all the outdoor activities we love. The lodge itself has been beautifully renovated with so much attention to detail, creating a cozy yet modern vibe that made us feel right at home.

Booking was a breeze, and the owners were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. We had everything we needed, from well-stocked kitchen amenities to super comfortable beds, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day of hiking.

We have been duped. We are here on our 36th wedding anniversary and I rented cabin seven you would expect it to be a cabin now wouldn't you but it's not it's like staying in a hotel. When I looked at the place online it had a cabin I figured it had a few more hence me renting cabin seven. If I wanted people on both sides of me and above me I would have stayed at a hotel. We have had the heat up to 77 all last night and today and the room is still cold. If you're expecting a view of Mt. Shasta well you're not going to get one. This place has been nothing but a disappointment.

We had another great stay at Basecamp Lodge. Cabin 4 is great for larger groups! This cabin was a bar in the 1950s and 60's and has carving in the wood beams from that era. Pretty cool!
