I’ve lived at Bay House for two years now and not only is it an absolutely gorgeous and well-maintained property but the revamp of the Bay Street Mall really made this the hottest spot to live in Emeryville with its close proximity to some fantastic dining and entertainment concepts and the addition of supermarket, Tokyo Central.

Back to the property itself…I could gush about the amenities, the ocean views, the sunsets over on the west end OR I could praise the practical benefits like ample/secure parking and the general sense of safety and security I feel as a long-term resident. These are all wonderful but to me the crown jewel of Bay House is undeniably its staff.

Tiffany, the General Manager, has developed a wonderful culture here. The hospitality and professionalism of the team impressive. You don’t need to look hard to see their commitment to excellence because it is evident in the way everyone here executes their day to day responsibilities.

You can see it when you walk into the office and you’re greeted like an old friend by Brianna and Jeanette. You can see it when Ramon, the Maintenance Manager, responds to your service request within an hour and gets you right. You can see it when you’re strolling down the hallways and are greeted with a smile by team members like Denys and Lily as they work to keep the facility in the best shape possible.

Stay excellent, Bay House team. Keep up the great work.

I have been staying here while my loft is undergoing repairs. Christie and her team have been incredibly helpful, supportive and flexible. My apartment is updated, clean and very comfortable. They even have a onsite dog park. They keep the complex very clean. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful. They have a LOT of amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, work out room and computer room.I had to scramble to find a place that would accept my dogs and they were incredibly helpful and quick to help.

I am a traveling nurse leader and my company chose AVE Emeryville and I could not be happier. It is beautifully furnished with up to date appliances. Everything I need to live away from home is here! The most important part is I feel safe in the secured parking garage and building. The staff in the leasing office are the best! They are very responsive and have gone over and above to make my arrival and stay smooth. Would highly recommend this place for short or long term residency.

I've lived here for 3 years and have never lived in a better managed apartment. We moved here on the tail end of COVID and trusted the front office team to recommend an apartment and were blown away how nice it was. The pool is open year round, and the fitness center is perfect for a small apartment gym. The team takes security seriously, and the garage is secure at all times. Christie and her team always present a friendly demeanor in the office and are willing to work with tenants to make sure they love living at AVE. I'll be sad to depart when my job moves me this summer.

I love living here! I have been a resident of the AVE Emeryville at Bay Street for nearly a year now, both in furnished housing and as a permanent resident in a long-term lease. I have to say that this team's idea of quality customer service is unparalleled. The staff and management in the leasing office are kind, professional and committed to ensuring every tenant's needs are met. The maintenance staff is friendly and always quick to respond to service requests. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job of keeping the common areas spectacularly clean and tidy and possesses an impressive attention to detail. The close proximity to all of my favorite shops and amenities is just an added bonus! Oh and did I mention the amazing pool area?!

The staff is excellent. Friendly, responsive, efficient, and I don't ever remember them saying "No." Christie gets stuff done tout de suite. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that needed attention. Ramon knocked on our door within 2 hours and fixed all of the incidentals. Then Ramon asked us if there were any other things that we noticed that he could fix for us. He went above and beyond his duties. The complex is extremely well maintained. Apartments are spacious. In the location is extremely convenient. Trader Joe's is less than a 5 minute walk. There are nearby restaurants and lots of other shopping.

What a fantastic place! The staff are very supportive, and they made our experience super smooth. The amenities are clean, well maintained, and they had everything that we needed ready for move in (we got one of the furnished apartments). This was the fifth experience moving into a new apartment, and it was the best! The only reason we left is because we bought a house, otherwise we would have stayed for a long time.

We only just moved in for our short-term 4-month stay, but the staff has been amazing! Checked in on us every step of the way as we were getting settled in. Apartment is clean and comfortable. We brought our two puppies with us and the dog park on premises is really nice!
