Awful ventilation in the bathroom, window screens didn’t fit properly leaving a lot of room for spiders and bugs to enter our home, tons of mold/ water damage surrounding the bathroom. When we would report the mold/ water damage to the managers, the maintenance team would simply come paint over it. We moved out of our 2 bed/ 1 bath that we were already overpaying for ($3,400 a month) and they’ve increased the rent to $3,700. I do not recommend this complex.

I don’t know about this place the first time I saw it it’s bad already the ceiling was very low then the washing machine was so small like a toy the patio is muddy the ventilation in the washroom has hole like the ventilation didn’t put properly . I can smell that there’s mold in the apartment you just smell it . So no pple might think it’s nice coz of the water but I don’t know it’s not worth it so thank you but next time…

Disorganized and unsafe condominium!!! We are facing car robberies, inside the condominium parking lot and nothing is done by the central office!! This week my apartment was invaded by a condo employee to carry out an inspection that was not scheduled, let alone requested!

Landscapers blow property when is not needed every day 8-830am. Then leave other areas a mess. Also wanted an apartment at 100$ less than final price. Complex so large it seems no real management at all or very disorganized.

Also, we’re sure a male employee entered our unit without notice as I came home one day to urine with bubbles in it in the toilet with no toilet paper & we’re both females so… that’s illegal. It was after pushing renters who got good deals during the pandemic out by making their lease month to month for 1 month only then raising the rent. Now asking $500 more a month for same apartment we moved out of.

Utilities are shared with so many people we pay average $180/m with water, garbage (I'm sure they're being fined for not recycling which renters do not do even though they’re adults,) & sewer. That includes the pools. Also washer dryer was very inefficient. 3 hrs to dry load. They can easily replace with side load when remodeling.

Also, it is true the construction does not stop, ever. Even after upgrades, our remodeled apartment had drafty old single pane. The older units are each one by one having asbestos removed and under construction ALL summer & winter.

The one good thing: plenty of street parking. And things for children to do. Safe neighborhood!! Way safe. Cars drive too fast tho. Lots of parks nearby. Access to kayak boat dock, but if you’re kayak is not registered you will be threatened with its removal. FYI our cars have not been broken into & we had absolutely no issues with crime in foster city. It’s prob the safest neighborhood you could live in with kids, honestly. The kitchens & units overall are spacious enough to house many people in a family. And you can be as loud as you want no one cares or complains 🙂

We’d prob have stayed if the rent wasn’t going up.

The place has a great location. However, the leasing office is horribly unprofessional. I did not receive my deposit check until six months after I moved out. I sent multiple emails and called so many times, but no one helped me to solve the issue. Despite the fact that I cleaned my apartment thoroughly before I moved out (and definitely no holes on the wall), the leasing office only returned 1/3 of my deposit. Foster city is a nice neighborhood. I'ms sure you can find a better apartment in this area.

This is a wonderful complex. Been here for 9 months now. I have lived in many apartment complexes in the past couple years but never had an experience as in this one. The staff are always helpful and working around. The place is clean and super family friendly. Being able to see kids play outside is such a plus point which so many places lack these days. The landscaping is well maintained with beautiful plants and trees. Hopefully they don’t cut down any more.
Only wish would be if they installed a few benches around on the lawns.

Beach Cove has been a good community to live in, quiet and quiet with good maintenance support. The apartment has a good space but it has some details like not having the bath cabin in the bathtub, the wall covering is not well installed, the bathroom light has no separation with the fan, and there is no space reserved to store the bikes in the condominium. But, we are enjoying.
