Rooms were exceptionally clean. The outside was clean and pretty up to date on amenities.. Owner was very nice and welcoming.. My sister and I had never been to Fresno and it was in a convenient location and fair priced. Air conditioning worked great. I appreciated my experience..

clean. small. safe location great price but the bathroom/toilet was so tight. I am small. 5'5" and thin but I couldn't fit my legs in front of toilet. I had to turn sideways to use. We got in late as we were here for a cross country event and we were only sleeping here for a few hours . I was a little concerned because of some of the reviews regarding safety and cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised. very clean. safe. very nice staff. room was a little noisy as there is a large boulevard in front. It wouldn't of been bad except there were so many motorcycles or hot rods racing up the Blvd until 2 am. After that is was very quiet. great location. 24 hour food across street and close to Woodward park.

This place had an awesome price in a fabulous location (about an hour from Yosemite) so we jumped on it. Reviews were ok and I agree. The room is certainly clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room has some updates like flooring, bed and tv. A few problem areas are mostly aesthetic - bathroom door and window, ceiling where the bathroom and bedroom meet. Nice clean fresh towels each day. Wi fi reliable. No breakfast but a discount at a Denny's close by. |The pool is lovely.

This is an old motor lodge-style hotel. The exterior is a bit dated but the rooms had been renovated and didn't look old or run-down. Located close to a busy street, there was some traffic noise but nothing too terrible. The man at the front desk was very friendly and offered restaurant recommendations, and allowed us to sit by the pool after the designated closing time. Be aware--the front desk is not open 24 hours, so you have to arrive by 10pm for check-in or you'll get locked out. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A good value and good for a short stay when all you need is a clean, comfortable place to sleep--we were just passing through on our way to LA.

I found this Inn to be in a very good location with so much shopping and restraunts all around. The front desk couldn't be any nicer and they were very welcoming and helpful! They even went out of their way to get something mailed back to me that I had left in the room. It was a pleasant room with a refridge and microwave and free wifi. And the prices are very reasonable. Another plus was that they had some covered parking spaces which was great due to the 100 degree weather. I would definitely go back.

Employees were very kind BUT this room, on this weekend, was extraordinarily overpriced. I know it was a big weekend but they gouged me. The rooms ave very close to the road and it was extremely noisy. Truck traffic all night long. The room smelled like fake cinnamon potpourri candles. The room was exceedingly small. This was a work trip so I wasn't in the room much but it chased me away. I wouldn't post a review except for the fact that I paid so much money because there was a big event in Fresno on the weekend I stayed. I guess that is capitalism but it seemed way over the top. |That said, the employees were nice.

The air conditioner in our room blew out an absolutely pathetic amount of cold air. The doors weren't plumb with the rest of the building and their was a huge spider in the bathroom. On the other side of things, the beds were comfy and they had redone the bathroom recently, which was nice. It's a good place to stay on a budget.
