Hotel comodo, de habtaciones amplias y limpias La recepcion super servicial, un desayuno con variedad y calidad excelente (yougurth tipo griego con fruta secas y naturales, bacon, sausages varios tipos de panes), a muy pocos kilometros de Ferndale y Eureka, de facil acceso. Servicio de lavanderia.||Estuvimos solo una noche y fue muy confortable

Exelente servicio, el personal atento y amistoso (amabilidad), el Cuarto es comodo y el espacio es suficiente.. aparte de que te dan el desayuno y tambien tienes acceso a la alberca, por ultimo hay asta lavadora por si llegas tarde y cansado y ya no quieres salir... ES UNO DE LOS MEJORES HOTELES!!!

Room was super clean and well maintained, the hotel grounds are also very well looked after. Easy location right off the freeway and quiet with nothing across the street. Our room was at the very end (next to the street) and we didn't hear any traffic.

Breakfast was the usual fare -- with gluten-free items available(!) -- and the service was absolutely top-notch, beginning with Miracle checking us in and Tracy at breakfast.

Stayed at Best Western in Fortuna CA. We booked a room with a king bed and am in-room "jacuzzi." The pictures on the website did not show the jacuzzi but a far away pic of the jacuzzi area. It turns out that it was just a one person jacuzzi tub near the bed. Keep in mind there is already a regular shower/tub in the bathroom. The hotel room was clean and everything else about the hotel was great, but I paid more for a room I thought had a hot tub, and it didn't. The pictures need to be updated or the website needs to have a better description of the amenities you're paying for.

Spent three nights here. Hotel is in a good location. Room was spacious and clean. All the employees that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good! Very happy that we were able to have an early check-in. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

We had a rough start to our honeymoon but best western saved it. We had a VRBO fell through and we had to get accommodations for the night. I have a neck condition that I need to have flatter pillows.

Kane assisted me and got me a pillow for the night that was just perfect. Prior to that he had another customer who got a bit belligerent with him and called him stupid. He handled it like a professional. The breakfast is great and not just a few eggs and sad slices of bacon like some places. They have a daily special!.

The waffle machine was great and we were able to spend two days here before heading back down. Overall Kane is the real MVP.
