We had a late night coming home from the bay area and I booked this online on the way home.

Everything was great except for the bed. The Rooms were nice and acceptable for the price. But the bed felt like a bed from the Flintstones. Hard as a rock and was just awkward sleeping on. I don't know if most of their beds were like that or just the room.

Just really needs an upgrade to memory foam beds or something or any kind of higher quality mattress.

They really need to upgrade those beds to bring it all together.

Where do I start the Best western is the best hotel to stay in Vacaville its close to restaurants very clean rooms free breakfast and most of all the staff. Every time I have stayed I have always received great service and the staff have always went beyond for me especially my daughter. Eddy was the very first person that went beyond for me. When I asked him if he had any stopper so I could give my daughter a bath. He had someone go to the store to get me one. I was just blown away whenever I needed any type of service Eddy always made sure I was taken care of. Alfonso is the manager at the hotel he as well went beyond for me . I remember I tried to check in early and there were no rooms available instead of me waiting until 4PM to check in he got me in a room at noon so my daughter could nap I mean wow again I was just amazed. Also Allison and Gerri have both given me great customer service as well their positive energy their positive vibes which makes me enjoy staying at the Best Western every time. Also Katie has given me great service and introduced me of becoming a Best Western member. I want to thank all of you for all your great service and always making myself and my daughter's stays feel like home.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. A gentleman who called himself "Nobody" would jovially greet all guests in the morning and encouraged us to have a great day and to watch our step as we left the office. Had quite a pleasant stay.

An older, "motor court" style motel situated between the old Rt 40 and I-80 in Eastern Vacaville. Not super up to date and modern, but seems to have been refreshed in recent years. Flat screen tv, good quality bed, with good quality sheets, clean bathroom with clean white towels, of recent vintage. New and generally not too worn out. Basic, but not a roach motel. Limited interaction with staff, but when I did they were friendly, eager to please and responsive.

Minor issue -- the mag stripe key kept losing the door code so had to have it recoded 3 or 4 times during the 3 night stay.

Location right next to the freeway meant some traffic noise but not too bad. I've had much worse.

General summary...not The Ritz but good enough and pretty much what is says it is.

The rooms were very clean as was the pool. The staff was exceptional and super friendly. Breakfast was very good (hard to find continental breakfast with hot eggs and potatoes anymore). Being an older motel, the town was built around it so it is close to the freeway but it never bothered me and they offer ear plugs if you are not used to the noise. Would love to stay there again!!!
