We had such a wonderful stay at Cape San Blas Inn! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from fresh-made donuts, a small grocery store, and a souvenir shop. There are also restaurants within walking or biking distance, and of course, the beautiful beach is right nearby. We stayed in the Turtle Room, which was cozy and comfortable, with a stunning view of the bay. We left the patio door open at night and watched the sunrise from bed! Debbie, the innkeeper, was FANTASTIC —so sweet, gracious, and knowledgeable about the area. She even brought us a delicious breakfast right to our patio. Everything about this place felt peaceful and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back!

The Inn was such an expected gem! My wife and I usually don't prefer shared spaces when renting, but the "bed and breakfast" setting was wonderful. Had our own bedroom and bathroom, but the common areas were great - the dining room where breakfast was served and the dock. The dock out back was great to launch the kayaks, SUP, and canoe - all of which was available for use, as well as bikes. The beach was a short walk across the street, and great having a couple of stores/restaurants literally across the street. Last but certainly not least, Inn Keeper DEBBIE was so wonderful and attentive!

We were happy to spend two nights at the Inn. Debbie did everything she could to make our stay wonderful, from cooking hearty breakfasts to getting us a step stool and cord so we could tie up a broken window shade so we could enjoy the view. The whole place was immaculately clean. We splurged on the upstairs room with the back porch and it was just idyllic; I could have spent all day there sitting in the glider, reading and watching the birds. Our one major disappointment— the hot tub (and outdoor shower) had not been working for over a month; I felt we should have been told of this when we made our reservation. While I’m not usually a fan, this hot tub is at the end of the dock, the evening was cool and clear and without a lot of light pollution the night sky would have been fabulous. A couple of other minor irritations, when I’ve paid $400 a night for a room I don’t like having to crawl around on the floor looking for a place to plug in my phone. Also, when we arrived in the room the last thing I wasn’t was to see (and hear) the Orange President on FOX News. If the television must be on please choose something less offensive.

Staff is AMAZING! Bed is AWESOME! Whole place is a comfortable "homey" feeling. There is so much little stuff to do, they have kayaks, paddleboards and hot tub! We did not use any of that, we are not bay people. We spent less than five minutes walking and spent most of our days on the sugar white sand on the Gulf side. You have all of the shopping you need to do across the street, Trading Post, Ice Cream, Webers donuts, Shrimp store, and Peachy's restaurant and Tortuga Moon!

This is our second time staying, we brought my 10 year old grandson. Love the small town charm of this bed and breakfast Inn! Debbie, Britt and Emily are all AWESOME! Best breakfast in town! a couple minute walk to the beach, have a hot tub, canoe, paddle boards and kayaks, all right there on the bay! Breakfast table overlooks the bay!

The room we stayed in (Clam Shell) was spacious and the bed big very comfy - pillows lumpy. I like the code lock on the door and the big walk-in shower. The TVs are old and you can't access Netflix or anything like that. Nice big fridge. I thought it was super windy outside then realized it was the HVAC - very noisy. ||The innkeeper had quit 3 days prior to our arrival and the owners were trying to hold down the fort with kindness. They had no knowledge of my dietary needs which were communicated several times. They were very apologetic about it, but it was too late. I did get lots of fresh fruit. My husband did not enjoy his breakfast of pancakes that was partially charred and seemed like just out of a box. Not the breakfast or hospitality raved about in the reviews.||The back by the bay seems tired and in need of repair and some TLC. This place was not worth what we paid for it. We left early because we didn't want to mess with it any more. I hope they get things back to how the reviews claim it was.

Such a relaxing stay thanks to the best innkeeper Emilee! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was an excellent start to each day! We will definitely be coming back. Right in the heart of the best beach location in Florida with plenty of activities and relaxing ways to spend the day.

My wife and I made a last minute trip from Destin to Cape San Blas to avoid the crowd. It was fantastic. Emily, Debbie, and Brett were fantastic and eager to accommodate our last minute scheduling needs with ease. The home is beautiful and the bed so comfortable I probably spent more time in it than I should have. Oh, and the breakfast was such a fun surprise. Can't wait to go back!!
