The room was very clean, and newly renovated. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The sheet and blanket were very thin and sparse and the pillows were suboptimal. Plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room.

If you don’t read nothing else READ THIS it a SCAM! Save your money and run!!!🏃‍♂️ Go to Diamond next door!

- No HOT Water 🚿 in shower. Unless you turn the handle til its almost off and u got stand right under the water cuz the stream is weak and basically dripping out by now.

- Dirty Fridge

-Dirty Bed

- Dirty Microwave

- Smell like curry

- No GUESTS ALLOWED EVER! They will watch you closely and call tow truck on your guests in middle of night. Unless they register or pay

- Hair everywhere

-Tv Doesn’t work/Hdmi ports disabled. Only certain channels work (Natural Geographic type stuff)

- Rude af mangement

Positive: Older property but room had been remodeled and was very modern and clean. TV, Microwave, and mini-refrigerator all in good working order. All rooms at street level so no stairs to negotiate. For the price was a good value. Negative: ""

Rude attendee, pricey for the area, only 1 car per room and CASH DEPOSIT only...We left before getting our room and refund on my card. Don't waste your time or money for unsatisfied owners.

It saddens me to write this review, however the way my love and I were treated by the lady working at the check-In window was disgusting. Her demeanor and attitude was very off-putting. Usually when we book rooms through Expedia the stipulations will state weather a deposit is required or if payment is needed for on-site parking. Their listing did not however they have a $50 deposit requirement posted on their window. Paying the deposit was not the issue, however when it was mentioned that this is something that should be posted on their listing. The lady got extremely rude and told us it doesn't matter, since we are from la we should know this, we should have called in advance. Well what about others that are not from la I thought.... She then got very belligerent and said some other things. I said please mam, you are in a customer service position and customer centricity should be your focus due to the fact that customers write reviews based on the way they are treated and their experience at your establishment which affects your money. We then told her we would pay the deposit and she refused to accept it due to her not wanting to take the chance on receiving a bad review and she cancelled our reservation. IF YOU APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THAT HERE!
