Nice place in Kenwoo. It has a lot of rooms and the house is beautiful and has lovely out grounds. We had a lovely retreat for our company there. Only issues are the rules that are in the area. The pool might not be hot enough. The rooms are really nice with the exception of one and the problem of other 2 rooms that are connected therefore being an issue to get in and out of them. Also we had some lights not working in some of the rooms. Other than that lovely place, it has everything you need.

Not worth it. No air conditioning in one of the rooms, fans work only on high speed, & we found personal hygiene waste on the floor when we arrived, proving the host does not do a deep cleaning, which they probably should considering we found out that the guest who stayed in the home 3 days earlier had COVID (the host failed to tell us this).

Oven didn't work, which ruined our big planned meal, all outside lights are on a timer that go off at 9:00 pm, hot tub smells of chemicals, mangers live next door and yelled at our private chef trying to bring in food through the back door (since the oven didn't work), and they texted us accusing us of going in the basement even though it was their workmen who used the basement. We learned from workmen that the house has had a number of issues with electricity and plumbing as well.

For a house that costs this much, you would think they would treat their guests exceptionally well. But that's just not the case.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Management was awful. Swore at us to bring the music down at 7:30pm. Just awful treatment for no reason. If you like any sort of outdoor experience past 7pm look elsewhere.

We reserved this property for a family reunion, but had to cancel 4 months beforehand when our mother became gravely ill. We had put a $9000.00 deposit down, which by the terms, was non refundable. We reached out to Airbnb to see if they would make an exception, they reached out to the property owner who declined to refund any portion of the deposit. We kept an eye on the rental property to see if they had booked our initial time slot. When we saw they had, we reached out again, this time to the property owner, to see if they would refund at least a portion our $9000.00 deposit now that they had filled our initial time slot, they never responded. A heartless property owner. In my opinion, pure greed plain and simple. If I could give them 0 stars.

We live in Sonoma and when we have friends or family visiting, Casa Bella is our favorite place to recommend or arrange for stays. It shows off the best of the valley because there are super accommodating small (and excellent) tasting rooms nearby (walkable) but also popular ones like St. Francis, Benziger and Kunde about a five minute drive away. The property is pretty self sufficient too - hot tub, nice kitchen, lots of bedrooms. When we had a reunion last year, my parents stayed in the Dolce (part of the house but separate entrance) so they had their privacy while my cousins, aunts and uncles had their own bedrooms in the big house. They and we like that it's in a quiet neighborhood so it's not the hustle bustle of a big city or touristy spot yet I was also able to arrange group massages for everyone and they were pampered as if they were at a resort. Would definitely recommend for small groups and families.

We stayed at Casa Bella with our adult children for a weekend. It's in a great central location. Marga is the most gracious host and made sure that we were comfortable. The furnishings,robes, linens and towels were beautiful and highest quality. Coffee was available and wine glasses were provided. Breakfast was delicious starting with the fresh berries with whipped cream! We had passes that gave us free or half price tastings at many wineries, and we rented bikes in Sonoma and rode around to several wineries.

This house was amazing & gorgeous! The property had so much to offer that we wish we would have stayed much longer to be able to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities! We enjoyed use of the beautiful patio, especially the hot tub and fire pit. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our dinner with friends. The rooms were meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. Only complaint would be that the bed in our room (main level bedroom) was incredibly uncomfortable (and squeaky, too). We ended up taking to the couch one night. Other than that, everything was top notch and we can't wait to visit again in the future!
