Rooms are small and comfortable for only one person but the functionality is great. Every inch of the room makes sense and everything is so clean. The high tech features are cool and easy to use.

Customer service is top notch. From the front desk to the restaurant/bar staff, everyone made this business visit a great stay. Shout out to Peter, Brandon, and Chris for the amazing hospitality. Will be sure to stay here again given the opportunity.

I enjoyed my first time stay at CitizenM. All the employees were very respectful and gave a positive environment. The tech gadgets in the room were all responsive. The room was a perfect size for a comfortable space. The art was beautiful towards the eyes. Everything was very unique it was a hotel that I was amazed about. I am a big fan of CitzenM and the biggest fan of the Menlo Park location. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and everything a solo traveler could need. This was a return trip and the staff here went way out of their way to make me feel appreciated and welcome. The coffee and breakfast is great, high quality and healthy. Evening drinks in the common spaces was great and the vibe is convivial. Big shout outs to Tianna, Kobe, Abdullah, Jeff and their colleagues are so warm and kind. This place feels like a home away from home and I'm grateful for them!

First off, the hospitality these employees show are unreal! From the first step in the building you are greeted by very kind staff members and a very vibrant lobby. The 24/7 kitchen is 10/10 along with the amazing snack options including ice cream with your own customization of toppings. The room is perfect, simplicity at its finest, what more could you need? An IPad that controls the entire room, makes you feel like you have the power of the sun in the palm of your hands. On a more serious note, please take the time to meet the staff, Peter the bartender was so extraordinarily kind, a man who took the time to study hotel management and you can tell it pays off. He will engage in conversations and make you feel welcome and at home, once you meet him, expect to be greeting like his best friend every time you see him. Then we move to kuki, the sweetest manager there is, (I don’t want to say you will receive free things) but she did give us a cocktail on the house while also making sure we were never bored, always offering new places to explore and important local information I would not have known. then Peter gave us a free coffee voucher for the morning! And then Mary, Peter’s younger sister, very kind and interested in making our experience the best it can be. Thank you so much to the entire staff for making my first stay a time I will never forget and will 100000000% be returning.

I spent a few days here while travelling for work and I can say I was very satisfied with this accommodation.

The staff here was very welcoming from when I checked in until I checked out. The room was very clean and modern with a very cozy vibe. Everything is automated in the rooms making it very easy to control every aspect through a tablet.

The location is convenient and is a 20 min car ride from the airport. Definitely recommended if you are travelling for work. I will come back if I have a chance.

Great hotel located right at the entrance of the Meta campus. The rooms are compact but feature high tech amenities like lights, blinds and TV that can be configured from your phone or an in-room iPad. The dining area features a good spread of appetizers, beer, wine and cocktails. All the staff there were very friendly and willing to help with anything, especially Peter who provided awesome service and recommendations.

Second time in this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are exactly what you need - they are structured in a logical way and don’t require any learning to operate. That’s why I keep coming back. You can modify anything you want (the shades go up and down easily, the bed has many pillows, there are multiple showerheads) and the staff goes above and beyond every single day. I was particularly impressed by Peter, who works in the cafe downstairs and is always ready to help. Now that I’ve tried citizenM in menlo park, I’m eager to try them in other cities too!
