We enjoyed our trip! The apartment was in a great location and we loved the layout! The issue we had was the overall cleanliness. The shower seemed like it needed to be clean and there was quite a bit of pet hair on the bed. Another issue was that the trash can had to be pried open due to it being automatic but not opening on its own. However, we had a great stay and we are grateful for the fantastic hosts!

The location of the place was cozy and safe. The service between CityPlace bnb & myself was excellent. I enjoyed all the informative links that was sent to me so that I see what to expect upon my arrival. The only disappointment was that housekeeping could have cleaned the place up a little better before the next guest arrive. Thank God I always bring my own cleaning supplies & linen because I encountered dust, hair & lint in places that should be cleaned regularly. But overall the stay was pleasant other than the housekeeping issues.

So dirty and gross. The apartment was hardly cleaned with stains on the sheets and no comforter. The bathroom was abysmal with two small towels, no washcloths and no hand towels. Crumbled hand soap. BLOOD stains on the counter and toilet seat. Sticky rings were left on the night stands. We left as soon as we could. We had our baby with us. And the room and space smelled like marijuana since we arrived. Was not comfortable staying in this place at all. 0/10 would recommend.

Omg! There were a few reviews that had me skeptical. SO GLAD I DIDN’T LISTEN! This place is cute as hell! & tbh to have the whole place to ourselves?! Can’t be beat! Just walked in & it’s awesome! Dated, yes, but a few upgraded amenities to make your stay pleasant. The “dated” features add to the vintage vibe for me! Super comfy bed!! For the price, couldn’t ask for a cooler place to stay!! It could be cleaned better for sure (see visuals) but I’ve definitely stayed in dirtier for more $$! Super cool stay, impressed & glad we found this place! Check in was a breeze, communication with owner was great! If you want a neat little pad BOOK IT

The mirror in the bed room was cool. . Bed was comfortable but the bed and unit smelled like old ac unit / cigarette smoke which we don't even smoke. Bathroom is small need detailing bar stools were nice and stove and fridge is convenient. Parking really sucks but major bonus point is for it being dog friendly saw 3 other people with their dogs.

First of all, if you read any of my other reviews, you will see I only ever post positive reviews. If I don’t love a place, I just move on, but in this case I feel that my honest review is needed so that other customers will not be scammed and misled by this hotel as my husband and I were.
We booked our stay over two weeks ago. As we walked up to check into our unit two intoxicated men were just feet from our front door, one was bent over the back of his car vomiting. That was our first sign of trouble. Once we stepped into the unit we smelled cigarettes and mold. Looking around the unit it appeared as though it had not even had the most basic cleaning done prior to our arrival. There was visible debris on the floor and counters. There were hairs and stains on the sheets and dark markings on the bedding which was an absolute deal breaker for us, the thought of sleeping in a bed that had not been cleaned after the previous guest is disgusting. But the problems were beyond even this, there were bugs and the flooring in the bedroom was lifting up indicating some type of water damage and probably the source of the moldy smell.
We assessed that this was not a safe or hygienic environment for us and left to find alternate lodging. We notified the hotel and they gave us the most generic response hours after what would have been our check out time and then basically ghosted us (not replying to our numerous attempts to resolve this matter by phone and email). Management showed no real concern for the issues we encountered, and yet took our money. We reached out to them numerous times for a refund and they never replied.
If you’re considering booking here, you should be aware of the actual conditions at this location as there is a vast difference between what we saw with our own eyes and the photos presented on their website. This very much felt like a scam and a money grab to us and we hope no one else will be misled by the negligent management here who displayed NO genuine concern for the experience of their paying customers. If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would but that does not appear to be an option.

The apartment was dirty. The floor in the bedroom is buckling up and a real fall hazard. It also makes it impossible to clean, so the floor is very dirty leaving bottoms of your feet black after walking on it. The bathroom paint is peeling in the tub, and the tub was dirty with hair and grime from the previous occupant. The dishwasher doesn't actually clean, so beware of using it and dishes are probably dirty. The air conditioner is filthy and needs cleaning. There was a dead roach in the room. The only plus is location, but this place is not worth $150 per night due to all the fees added to your stay. Stay somewhere else. We were happy to leave after two nights we paid for. We certainly will stay somewhere else next time.

I arrived at the property, the bed had a fitted sheet only with no top sheet or comforter, while it was twenty degrees outside. There was duct tape on the windows and the fridge made a horrendous noise. There was only one towel for the two adults staying and no hand towel. I attempted to contact the property manager and they avoided our calls and texts. It took Expedia numerous attempts as well. The manager informed Expedia that they would be in contact with me, which they were not. I had to contact them yet again. They finally answered and explained that they were going to contact housekeeping and get back with me in 5 minutes. I called back after not hearing anything for 15 minutes. He informed me that he was unable to reach housekeeping and that he would be moving me to a different unit. I went to check the new unit and it had a top sheet that had multiple holes in it and again only one towel and no blankets. I sent pictures to the manager and called multiple times. We decided to leave and return home since they were unable to provide the basic necessities. Now they have denied a refund and are ignoring any communication attempts.
