El lugar es hermoso, pero la atención es terrible, reserve con dos meses de anticipación mi habitación (200$ la noche) y el día que fui no conseguían mi reservación ni la hora, luego de darme otra habitación porque la mía estaba ocupada, el cuarto olía a marihuana, las sabanas estaban sucias y cuando pedí que las cambiaran me dieron otras sabanas igual de sucias para que las cambiara yo misma. Mientras me tomaba fotos en el lugar me dijeron que debía irme de ahí porque habría una fiesta (el día antes de autorizaron a tomarme fotos de 2 a 6 pm porque soy huésped del hotel) En la habitación solo había una botella pequeña de agua y el tlf no servía para llamar al servicio al cuarto, había mosquitos enormes y la cama sonaba horrible cada vez que me movía en ella, de verdad fue una experiencia terrible y si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría The place is beautiful, but the attention is terrible, I reserved my room two months in advance ($ 200 per night) and the day I went they did not get my reservation or the time, after giving me another room because mine was occupied, the The room smelled of marijuana, the sheets were dirty and when I asked to change them they gave me other sheets that were just as dirty so that I could change them myself. If you are looking for a wedding venue with stunning views and a wonderful staff, look no further! I recently coordinated a wedding there and their staff couldn't have been easier to work with. Their venue manager Carla was quick to get back to us with any and all of the questions we had for them going into it and she really worked with us to make the day special. On the day-of, our Banquet Manager, Rocco, was an absolute star! He made sure the couple was taken care of from start to finish. Plus, the food is always great there! If you decide to book with them, just know you are in good hands!

This is a Beautiful venue, I attended a Wedding and Reception held here on the grounds. Simply a beautiful location nestled on the rivers edge, seemingly secluded and yet close to Jacksonville. Excellent food, and a spacious banquet area. Attentive staff offer the highest level of service and hospitality. Well worth considering for either a local stay or your own special occasion.
