Buen precio por la estancia, cuenta con alberca techada dato que no vi cuando hice la reservación, el hotel se ve nuevo o recien remodelado.
Aun lado hay un 7 eleven para comprar algo rapido para cenar.
Me encanto lo de la tablet en el cuarto donde puedes ver toda la información como canales de tv, hacer check out entre otra información.

Tv didn’t work. No big deal. Didn’t complain
Hot water heater went cold pretty fast. No big deal didn’t complain.
My kids left some popcorn on the ground. They tried to charge my incidental deposit and an additional 50 dollars for “the mess” we left. If only hotels didn’t have a maid service? If I knew I had to bring cleaning supplies for the very minor mess that was left I would’ve. 100 dollars for some popcorn I would hired someone to come clean it if not my self. I refused to pay it and told them I would file a chargeback if I didn’t get the money back right away. They did refund me the charges.

Tijdens onze rondreis door de USA hier 1 nacht verbleven. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding in de regio nabij Eureka. Het hotel is schoon en netjes. Wel wat gedateerd en wat gebruikssporen in de kamer (gescheurd gordijn) maar verder prima. Fijne bedden, leuk zwembad, goed (vrij standaard) ontbijt. Wij zouden zeker terug komen als we weer in deze buurt waren.

This was a great hotel. We booked the two room suite with 1 king and two queens. It was so spacious and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was so yummy and the staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed the first night so much we stayed again! The pool not working was a bummer but we didn't regret our stay. Wish the second night was the same price as the first. If we are back in this area we will come back to here! Thank you for providing a clean and comfortable place for our family!

Het hotel is redelijk verouderd. |Wel is alles netjes onderhouden en de kamer en het hotel zelf zien er wel netjes uit |1 heel groot nadeel..|De muren lijken wel van papier, je hoort echt werkelijk alles van de kamer naast je.|Onze buren hadden heel de nacht de tv aan, dus niet geweldig geslapen!|Als je geen luidruchtige buren hebt is dit hotel echt prima!

The front desk staff and breakfast servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was as expected for the price but the continental breakfast was a little lacking and the dining room was very small. Not a huge issue, just an observation. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub so can’t comment on that other than it looked clean and well kept. The beds were…meh, a little hard but I’ve had worse and there was an empty water bottle between the bed and nightstand from the previous guest so I was a little concerned about the cleanliness. We felt safe and the location was convenient but there wasn’t a view or anything pleasing to look at out the window. Overall, it was an ok stay and I’d stay there again…especially for the staff! Hard to find good customer service these days and they knocked it out of the park!

This hotel seems to have a lot of security measures in place from partitions between staff and guest to an extensive amount of security cameras everywhere. It had me doubting if we should stay there at all. We settled into our large room and slept well. The toilet was broken and when we reported it, the staff gave us a plunger to fix it. I reported it again the next morning to staff. Some of the furniture needs to go. Also, why is there a bottle opener mounted to the wall in a family suite room? We enjoyed our hot breakfast options each morning and felt the staff were doing the best they could when we asked for something. This is a good spot for a quick overnight or if you are working in the area. Maybe not the best choice if you are a family vacationing to the redwoods.
