When I first moved in May. Veronica helped me through the whole process step by step. However, it was told after that there was a parking fee I was not aware of and why do I have to pay for parking at my own apt!? Also, the pet rent is so high compared to other complex when you know your pet is not doing anything wrong. To me, that is too high and it is a savings account for pets. I know you have to have a deposit because of what people can do with there pets, but that's a lot. When Veronica was on vacation Carlos was a great fill in for her and very knowledgeable.

Andre, he is great, fast and courteous but when I have a service call I don't get the heads up by text or call AHEAD of time because I need to get ready as I am in a wheelchair and I have animals to put up. (which is a question on the request). Also, I had a problem with both sliders and I needed it fixed. He came 3 times and I can't use one because it doesn't lock and the other is almost the same and hard to push. On the upside he is an overall good worker.

Lastly, I was also not aware of all these fees that I have never encountered in all the history I have rented. There is a fee add on for paying our utilities, fee on processing our rent. Those fees should not be the responsibility of the tenants because an outside agency is processing your payments to live here. I am handicapped pretty good and need a handicapped parking spot. There was not one available and the only 2 spots available, I was told she was not familiar with them being handicapped. And no handicapped sign was shown. You need to verify people's status and confirmation that they should be there. I had to park on a hill and struggle to get out with my wheelchair. I really couldn't leave to places and didn't for the most part. And we pay for parking...

Overall it is a great place, I love it here it's quiet, respectful and I plan to be here for the long hall. Thank you

Since I have moved here it has been nothing short of amazing. I feel super safe, there are no loud people, I can sleep with ease knowing I’m in safe place. They are very prompt in the office and Veronica is super nice. I would recommend that anyone who wants a safe place to live surrounded by families that they move to the Copper Hill apartments!

As a first time moving out and looking for an apartment I had a great experience with Veronica and Copper Hill. Veronica answered all my newbie questions, as well as help me with my two-year stay in this complex. Furthermore, there response to fixing a broken fridge or a situation in the apartment was very fast, which was very helpful. Being a young girl, I felt very safe at this complex not only was management very respectful, but I also had a great time with the other people living in the complex. They were all very nice and didn’t hesitate to help if I needed it. Overall, if I didn’t have to move for a job, I would still be renting at Copper Hill and even now that my move day is over Veronica is helping me with move out details and helping me throughout the process. 10/10! Great experience!!

Unfortunately, this place is disorganized and has shown little regard for returning important documents or deposits. Instead of my deposit and correspondence, I received an envelope containing someone else’s mail.

When I moved out, I notified the office by phone and email that I was expecting packages worth around $800 in school books, which I couldn't redirect since they were already shipped. I had placed the orders at the end of July. We moved out August 26. Additionally, I failed to update the address for my Amazon coffee subscription. Amazon delivered the coffee and sent a notification with a picture of it at the front door, but when I went to retrieve it the next day, the package was missing. The office claimed ignorance about the delivery and blamed me for not updating the address. At that time, only maintenance or office staff would have had access to the unit. Despite repeatedly informing the office manager about my concerns with the school books, they remained unhelpful. The school books were shipped via USPS and FedEx not Amazon. Although I notified the school, they could not guarantee the books would be redirected to my new address and advised me to contact the office for assistance, which was not forthcoming.

Regarding the Amazon coffee shipment, I had informed them multiple times that my main concern was the school books, not the coffee.

Here’s the message I received after addressing these issues for the 4th time:

"I stopped by your previous home to inspect again and found nothing outside or inside the apartment. You will need to dispute this with your Amazon seller. Normally, they will refund all or part of your loss. We had vendors coming in and out preparing your unit, so it’s likely they disposed of the items unknowingly."

I received a call shortly after this message stating they found a box in a closet, but hadn't found any other items. I still stand by my previous statement, they are not very organized and lack respect for people's items.

Additionally, our one-year tenancy was far from peaceful. Despite the lease contract allowing only two pets, neighbors frequently had more. The downstairs dogs barked incessantly, some residents left garbage outside for weeks, leading to pest issues, and frequent loud parties disrupted our sleep. When I addressed these issues with Veronica she did send out notices however nothing was ever resolved. Veronica was kind and tried to be helpful.

Lived here for a year and could not get out fast enough, we attempted to leave early but management was unwilling to negotiate. This place is EXTREMELY expensive for what you have to deal with and you will be charged for everything, pet rent, parking space rent, etc.... approximately $2900 per month.
Some people are allowed to break any rules such as working on their vehicles in the parking lot, smoking in the parking lot and under car ports even though it's a non smoking complex, drink alcohol in the parking lot and litter. They will park their vehicles in other people's paid for spots and it's up to the resident to find them and ask(if they speak English) to move their vehicles.
These residents drink and drive regularly, even backing into a Uhaul truck and ripping off their own bumper....

Many complaints were emailed and verbalized to the manager yet no one stopped any of these activities.

I definitely would not recommend this complex, especially if you have children.

Management sent another residents move out package to our new address and is attempting to blame us and make us jump through hoops to get our final paperwork.

I would like to take the time to say that this has been such a great experience moving into copperhill. We have lived here a few months now and it is super quiet and the neighbors are polite and welcoming. The apartment manager stays on top of things and the maintenance staff are always helpful and courteous. Last month we had our first neighborhood meet and greet APPRECIATION BBQ. I loved that. It was a pleasure to see the other neighbors that came out.
I found the moving in process to be very easy. Copperhill will be my home for a long time. Oh, and we just got a new paint job and a new recreation area is coming in soon. I’ll be by the pool!! 🙂
