Misleading staff. We applied and were led to believe my mom would surely be accepted as they gave us a appt # placeholder and only 5 days before she is due to move out.. to let her know her application was denied for her income.This only gives us 5 days to find a place to live.. and so why even pretend to care? Waste of $45 to apply. They say they accept section 8 housing, but in the end said her income was not enough.. if her income was enough, she would not need section 8! Her section 8 voucher covers 2,800 monthly rent and the rent here is about 2,100.. make it make sense. Ultimately, Unfair housing and discriminatory staff/process (specifically, Dave & Fernando).

Worst service I had ever seen in life. Every time when there are guests, the security creates a problem. The management and service staff are not at all helpful or friendly. To repair the AC they took entire summer and when AC was fixed in winter the heater stopped working, which again took few months. The security will not allow you park your car facing outward but are unable to stop thefts and vandalism. I would recommend everyone reading this to think twice before renting apartment here. The above issues are few examples there are lot of other issues.

At first glance CCV seems decent. That will change forsure when you start to live there. Maintenance is horrible took weeks to change a water heater for example. (No hot water for two-three weeks?) Management is unprofessional/rude - we are always wrong and they are always right even if we are right. Security is more against tenants then actual threats, by that i mean the war they wage on parking. Most of the time you'll see security watching shows on there phones especially during nightime patrols. Honestly the main problems stem from Steve (the security supervisor), Rachel if shes still there and some guy with a bad perm and nose piercing forget his name.

I would like to emphasize that this apartment is by far the best apartment that I have ever lived in. They have 24/7 security guards roaming the whole complex. Yeah, not a lot of parking space, and they only have 1 designated parking spot per apartment and 1 for first come first serve, but everyone can park near bank of america. Most of the people here are complaining about parking and getting towed. Let's be honest, if all of you are responsible enough, do you think your cars will be towed? Parking space is limited? Then park it near bank of america. You gotta walk and it's good.

I would definitely not recommend applying here. My application was denied for reasons that the leasing consultant couldn’t even verify. Definitely going to bring this matter up to Fair Housing. Advice for future applicants, try the apartments across the street the Fairway Glen Apartments. Staff there are definitely more friendly and attentive. I just wish I went with my gut feeling and applied there first. Oh and the reviews there are way better then the ones you maybe reading.

Highly highly not recommended!!! Their rent is fairly cheap. The apt is too old so that you will get a lot of noise. Moreover, they will charge you a lot of money, like more than one month' rent due to some damages you never made. When you move in, please don't hesitate every corner in your apt. Force them to make a notes of anything damaged. If the staff tells you "it's fine, no worries". Don't believe them. Make them to write down the notes or force them to replace it immediately. Otherwise, you will get tons of penalty fees when you move out. They charged me $240 for microwave cleaning and more than $700 for carpet cleaning which I was clearly told "It's fine. No worries." by staff D.
Please consider other places if you do have a choice! Sincerely!

Your staff did explain the charge for the microwave for me. But I still think the price is a little bit high. You can get a new one for that price. Secondly, for the carpet, all I mentioned was true. Your staff D. explicitly told me "that's fine" after I pointed out the stains at the entrance to him. He didn't make any notes. I do think that's his fault. I never put any hard stains on the carpet during my stay in the apt. Thought I don't have any evidence to prove, I have the rights to let others know it. Also, I will pay for the carpet replacing. Because I don't have a choice.
Lastly, I returned the parking labels on the same day as I returned the keys. Also, I paid two days' rent because I was not aware of that I can return the keys in the box. I was moving out on Saturday. I returned the keys on Monday. The point is that I returned the labels on Monday after the staff told me that I should have them returned. I even went to the office twice in the same day because I didn't want to get any troubles. In the bill, you guys charged me $150 for not returning the labels. I went to the office again and explained the mistake to your staff. After more than two weeks' negotiation, I got nothing reduced for the carpet and I still have to pay $50 for returning the labels late. Why? Should I pay for the mistake made your staff?

Pretty good place and excellent value for money.

The application process is a bit rigid, but i got through with 1 rental reference and wait list in my case was about 2 months. They do try to be nice about it and let you know when you can expect to get a notice of availability.

I moved to country club villa in November 2015 and move in to till now, it has been smooth. Rent is reasonable for the area and once you complete the initial lease you have a option of moving to month on month.

The complex was built in 1988 so not exactly new, but is reasonably well maintained. In fact i would go out to say as it was build during those times, there is a whole lot of space left open which wouldnt have happened if it was built now.

Lots of trees/green which makes it pleasant. Management is responsive to complaints. I wish the laundry rooms were a bit more modern instead of the coin operated top loads, but well you cant have everything can you.

Their application process is very slow. It took nearly two weeks for them to respond to my application citing employment verification delays and ultimately ended up denying it for reasons which were known while applying. I had a strict move in date and I was left with just 3 days to secure another apartment at the end. Fortunately, the next apartment I applied to, completed the process the same day.
