Estoy alojada en el hotel desde el 26 de julio mañana 9 es mi chekaut, mmmmmm no me quiero ir!! Hotel muy comodo siempre limpio cada ve que volvía de pasear encontraba mi habitación impecable me encantó no tengo nada de que quejarme , cerca de todo, no paraba lo recomiendo y volveria en mi proximo viaje a|| Olando.....

EL mejor Hotel de la ciudad. Bueno, bonito, economico. ||Habitaciones grandes, buena piscina...||Muchos restaurantes cerca, a 5 minutos de un centro comercial||Atencion muy amable.||Limpio y comodo con un excelente desayuno

Front desk is nice and the hotel is under construction so I expected there to be noise. I didn't expect them to start at 7am I work late and I'm only here for business, had I known that I would have stayed somewhere different. Everything else was fine, the room was nice and the bathroom has no bathtub but there is a roomy shower.

I was pleased with the front desk personnel, Taylor and one other, and the service they provided. the dissatisfaction part is here… The hotel was musty and the rooms had an odor that was unpleasant. We chose to stay due to the shortness of the stay and the long day of travel from Texas we had just made. I would find a cleaner place to stay. My wife and I secured two rooms due to needing to pick up family for the second room overnight. Checked in at 9pm March 5. Unfortunately, family was unable to make it so at 4 am we notified the front desk that we were not going to use the room. The front desk said to remove the bags, as that is all that we did was place the bags in the room and it shouldn’t be an issue. We would need to speak to the manager in the morning during check out which was 10:00am the next day. 13 Hours of stay… All that was required was to remove the bags and let them know, so they could send house keeping to confirm we didn’t use the room. We did all that. The manager, after walking to the front desk at the request of the host, would not speak to me at all. Mr. Mehul Patel had an opportunity to use discretion and instead hid behind a policy. I understand the policy and what we agreed to it when checking into the room. I also understand discretion. It is my opinion, that the service and lack of discretion in this case, and the lack of the corporate office discretion as I spoke to Mr. Ryan Miller as well in Consumer affairs, is disheartening from an organization in the service industry. Taylor, in the front desk, did a great job, and I could tell was very uncomfortable that their manager would not make a concession here, but rather have her be the messenger while he stood behind the wall out of sight and refused to meet with a customer. If integrity is important to you, I would consider some other place for a good nights sleep.

This Hotel is not bad, but go ahead and search for the best deal you can possibly get. Rooms are basic and out dated. TV is a 40” or smaller TV. No app connections like some of the other Marriot hotels that offer Netflix etc. small fridge, small microwave, ironing board, iron, dresser drawers and 2 night stands. cleaning ladies are nice and polite but hotel won’t clean your room everyday if you stay short or long term, atleast that’s what their sign at the front desk says. servers were nice and polite for breakfast. We spent the extra money booking directly through Marriott’s App, and got the same room you would have got through Travago or booking.com. They have a train that passes by and you can feel it as it goes bye, good thing is, it doesn’t blast the horn. Hotel is right next to Denny’s, Mc Donald’s, AM PM, and a short distance from other places such as a Starbucks and BevMo. JC Pennys at the mall is maybe 10 minutes or less away. The hotel is right next to the freeway, which as loud as our AC unit squeaked and squealed you couldn’t even really hear the freeway. Does have HOT water and pressure was not bad, has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Offers free continental breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches, burritos, eggs, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, cereal etc. they offer a small selection of condiments etc, WIFI can kick you off, but hey it’s free. Unless you pay for it, which they do offer. Pillows suck, so if you’re a pillow person, bring your own. I know this review is all over the place, but typing as I’m thinking of everything. Prices well we all know prices vary, just know they charge a tourism fee and hotel tax on top of your price. So once again find the best deal.

First the positive. Right off 99. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate. |Now the negative. Very loud if you are on the side closest to 99. Rooms are extremely dated. Bathrooms have been remodeled. But the furniture is from 35 years or so. Bed is ok. Needs a complete refresh. Its seems clean enough. Only stayed one night as we were passing through.

My hotel reviews start from a basic premise: Was it clean and did everything work as it should? Many hotels have trouble meeting this basic standard. Also, I grade on a curve -- you'd don't expect a Motel 6 to be a Marriott but you also don't expect a Marriott to be like a Motel 6. ||||Here, well, there was a recent renovation that seems to be fairly well done. (OK, by midwestern standards I should say something about not sanding wood surfaces before painting over them.) But, as for whether my room was clean and did everything work as it should, the answer is that it did. While furnishings were on the spartan end the room was surprisingly well lit. On the down side, a significant shortage of accessible electrical outlets bedside and it would have been helpful had the fridge not been powered completely down.||||Some earlier reviews mentioned noise. I'm not a light sleeper but I did hear loud motorcycle noise from outside. I was awake at the time, however. ||||Some earlier reviews had some negative staff/management comments. I suspect that these must have been addressed. Service was attentive, efficient and friendly (the young lady working the desk was great). ||||So, my stay was OK and I would stay here again.||.
