Easy stay and great location. Location is right next to the beach. Restaurant food is pretty good as well as the pizza place. I had one issue with TV and they made it right and moved me rooms. At the time, the hotel wasn’t too busy but I am sure it does get quite busy.

Loved the Remodeling Job!! We visited here approx 2018 & it was a bit dated. It sure looks GREAT now & they are keeping it very clean & beautiful!! Staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We enjoyed the Starbucks coffees, pastries & the Vincenzo's Italian Bistro in the lobby!

Rooms had high ceilings, barely more room than a cheap motel, good TV and free wifi which can be comfortable for web browsing. There's also an admitedly small refrigerator and a microwave. Free parking if you're a guest. There is a pizzeria right by the pool. Yes, there is a pool and direct access to beach by bridge. Beach is pretty cool and sunny. There is no free breakfast. There is italian bistro on site which is quite expensive but tolerable. The bistro also runs a pretty good bar but has no beer taps. The location itself seems to be newly built, solar water heater is pretty fun looking.

Great hotel. Location is perfect, the cleaness of the room top notch. The condition of the hotel perfect. However the check in on ( April 18) was unpleasant. The two ladies were extremely unfriendly and annoyed doing their job..

Titanium Elite Member - Nice location on a gorgeous beach but the partial view rooms were underwhelming at best. Nonetheless, I appreciated our (rear corner) water view. PROS: Property was quiet, secure, clean and staff was cordial. Having dependable wifi was a huge plus plus. CONS: NON-EXISTENT hot water is worrisome for purposes of laundering towels/bedding as well as restaurant cooking/sanitation needs and as has already been discussed, parking was super tight …but do’able. We did not eat on premise. I mentioned not having hot water to the front desk but didn’t get a response.

My family and I were going to stay here for 3 nights while visiting the Destin/Panama City Beach area. We sadly had to check out the same day we checked in. ||The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly. She assigned us a side ocean view king room on the 3rd floor, (which is actually the top floor, it’s technically the 4th floor) room 330. ||When I got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was greeted by an extremely musty smell. As soon as I walked into the room, I could not stop coughing. It was super super musty. ||This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. If you have any kinds of allergies to dust and mold, do not stay here!
