Had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott—huge thanks to Michael for going out of his way to help with the booking. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and accommodating the whole time. Great location, smooth check-in, and just an all-around solid experience. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for five days in December 2024, never felt that my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership was honored at any point. Maybe it's because of the holidays, but this hotel seriously needs to improve its management. Lobby restaurant was under staffed. We were only told at the checkin that housekeeping was every two days and no breakfast included for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above - however, later we relized that some other rooms did have breakfast included. The room is clean but dated, especially the bathroom. The location is great, with easy access to the highway. ||We were waken up on the second day by the trains and asked to change room in the morning but the staff told us there were no other rooms available. On the third night, I was waken up from sleep because of the neighbor(s) upstairs moved in with "a lot of luggage" at around 2am (I was told in the morning). On the fourth day, they finally offered to let us change rooms but we were heading out and did not think the move was worthwhile given that we only had the last night. At the checkout, I mentioned the 2am moving-in noices, and the lady responded carelessly, "Oh, but that was at the forth floor" (we were placed on the second floor). Moreover, they still haven't credited me the nights of my stay. ||I will not stay at this hotel again.

This site does not let you set the AC lower than 68 degrees and the rooms get STUFFY. I had a couple nights of restless sleep and would not stay here again. The only positive about this stay is that the hotel is centrally located next to a shopping center with groceries and restaurants.

My son and I have been here, on account of damage to our home, four months! Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic! The entirety of the staff: housekeeping, front desk, Bistro, management, feel like the best parts of family!
Comfortable bed, great pillows; distability room accommodation/bathroom/roll-in shower...game-changer for my son's mobility needs and a special medical condition.
The Bistro dinner options are varied and delicious; tasty flatbread pizzas, my son loved the burger and turkey BLT. BEST french fries!
*Pharadee, Scott, Claudia, Liv, Dwanda, Gabriel, Vicki, AKA Macaroni, Lilah, Vahid, Mark AKA Simon (says), Michael, Robin, Lauren, Gin and Gigi, Michael, Silvia, ALL the housecleaning babes-HUGE SHOUT OUT!!!! Our needs were met and more! Hotel gym is well stocked with equipment and mobility exercise machines; pool, ping pong table, bar-b-qued with another guest, my son loved the hotel "living room TV", for watching Warriors games; accessible computer and printer served our needs, too. Easy highway 101 access, safe location, Safeway and a variety of eateries a stroll or roll away. We will miss the care and accommodations once we check out...
