As someone who has recently moved to the area I took my time before having any doubts about this area , of course reading online and scouring through the area I had my preconceived notions , but after 4 months of being here and witnessing how things work around here I am quite appalled. It’s clear this complex is neglected by the management but for it to also be neglected by the people who live here is concerning. My downstairs neighbor continuously writes noise complaints about me , I work 80 hour works leave before 10 am and don’t get home until after 11 pm, this is also the same case with my partner. And yet we still continue to get noise complaints , I have spoken with the front desk of how the downstairs neighbors get upset and begin to hit the top of their ceiling ( our floor) with an object to get us to quite down when no noise is being made ? Trash goes up here for everyone because idiotic inconsiderate residents throw objects away that signs clearly say are not permitted ? Yet trash is still $100 + a month due to those around not knowing how to follow rules because they feel there entitled or obligated to do so ? Residents and their friends parking in other spots or no parking zones because again they are inconsiderate and feel entitled ? What kind of place is this ? Con service bills are added and divided amongst tenants equally and don’t consider that 2 of us living in a unit is different then the 7 bodies living across from us ? Yet we still are allocated to pay there bills ? I have genuinely never regretted signing a year lease with a place that does not care or has a lack of management and residents caring and all I can add it up to is entitlement. If that isn’t bad , the thousands of roaches found in the apartment since day 1 will do it. Everyday getting home just to deep clean again due to the countless holes and terrible infulstructor. The maintance is never around and show up when they fill like it instead of being professional and setting up an actual time period, and not owning up to there half ass jobs they did to fix the home “ the Lanlord special “ as they call it , of putting electrical tape on fuses that have popped and reek of smoke ? How bought using paint to glue on the counter top ? Yea that outta fix it. This will of course do nothing here but be a post for whomever to see , regardless of short staffing , lack of time, or etc. situations still need to be handled and dealt with correctly but this property sure does seem to only respond and consider positive reviews that friends and family clearly post in hopes to get a better rating here , never respond or figure out how to make negative reviews or opinions on people who ACTUALLY LIVE HERE better. Will definitely not be renewing any sort of lease.

Not impressed with this quality of this complex or how management handles issues. It's extremely expensive for a low quality environment. I signed a 13 month lease, and the last 6 months have been especially frustrating.

- 1 parking spot per unit, $125/mo for additional spot. Only 2 guest spots for the entire complex.
- Monthly utility charges include water heating, pest control, sewer, trash, water, and service. Adds up to at least $200.
- $30/mo trash valet free. Mandatory charge.
- Trash is literally everywhere. You pay an average of $66/mo for the trash utility charge & $30 for valet, yet it's a constant issue. Nonresidents illegally dump and garbage is piled in the street.
- Fireworks never stop. People set them off illegally by the creek, in the parking lot, and the park after 10pm on a weekly basis. They are so loud that car alarms go off.
- Police show up in the complex frequently.
- People hang out in the alley by the creek every night, playing loud music, and drinking. Management even locked a few gates due to crime issues.
- Management takes at least a week to respond to any queries and they are rarely in their office.

The only good thing is the proximity to the park/bay.

This 5-star review is for Nate on the maintenance team.

Overall, the main downside to Creekside as a complex is from the short-staffing that plagues the staffs ability to meet current and future residents needs.

However, what gives me hope about this community improving is staff like Nate on the maintenance team. He was resoundingly professional, prompt, respectful, extremely thorough, and helpful. Hands down the best interaction we’ve had with staff so far. If Equity Residential wanted to improve the community they would hire and retain more individuals like Nate.
