I stayed at the dream inn along with my baby, husband and parents. We all agreed the service was outstanding. The food was fresh and very good. The food is much better than in some hotels. The rooms were absolutely clean and I would stay here again without a second thought or hesitation. Even the bed sheets were very fresh and clean. I pay attention to the little things and this place met my standards. I love this place and so does my husband and my parents. It’s the perfect place to stay at and the host Lana is absolutely the sweetest.

What a lovely surprise. One of the nicest B&B's we have ever stayed in. We arrived late and Lonna left the door open for us and we felt so welcomed. The room was beautifully decorated and in top notch condition. I'm the owner of a boutique hotel and I know quality when I see it. The breakfast was delicious and artfully presented. The common rooms were festooned with many antique collectables. Very interesting to admire. Lonna and her partner, David, were very informative about the area and recommended a walk close by across meadows with excellent views of Mt Shasta. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kudos to the hosts!

This is my second review. I came here solo a year ago on my motorcycle and this place was a lifesaver as i was suffering from heat exaustion and fell in love w the huge tub.||||Last time i said i woul come back w my partner and we came for five days in another bloddy heat wave. We stayed in the down stairs suite and loved the quite , the garden, and the town. The bed was comfy..no bath but a shower. A bar w a fridge and all that in the main room. They had a well developed book on hot spots in the area centered on small adventures. We did a few of them.||Break fast was great everyday in the gazebo. A nice variety of food good coffee juice. I will not complain. The price was better than most and the hosts a blast. Loenna is a hiker and ine day did the mountain ridge just the the west the Eddys. On other guest was a new yorker who loved it her and he had just done Mt Shasta! We had a great time

A beautiful, quaint property in the heart of Mt Shasta. Situated behind a white picket fence is a Victorian home and Spanish style house surrounded by the most beautiful gardens, and countless varieties of roses, which their fragrance fills your senses. My new wife and I were only able to stay a few days and what 5 star breakfasts that were served, they were far beyond what any fancy hotel could have accommodated. Served by a true chef with an amazing talent. This bed and breakfast hosts, folks from all over the world, our fellow guests were from Japan, Germany and Florida. The mattress in our room was so wonderfully comfortable and the sheets fresh off the line. Our hosts Lonna and Dave were truly wonderful, gracious and made our honeymoon a memory of Shasta a true treasure. This is our go to place from now on, only next time a much longer stay. Un super B&B où on vit l'expérience des petites villes américaines à fond, j'ai adoré! ||||Mes amies et moi étions en route pour Seattle et nous sommes arrêtées dans ce B&B pour une nuit et absolument aucun regret, au contraire, je suis super contente d'y avoir séjourné. Je ne connaissais pas du tout Mount Shasta, mais rien que la ville en soi est géniale pour tout son folklore et ses histoires et ses magasins. J'ai trouvé l'ambiance de la ville à la fois étrange et géniale. Une vraie expérience! On pouvait cotoyer des hippies et des motards et des brasseries un peu crasses et des gens adorables. ||||Les hotes - David et Lonna - sont très accueillants, gentils et attentionnés, sans pour autant être envahissants. Ils aiment bien discuter mais pas de pression (c'est toujours ma crainte dans les B&B).||||Il y a deux maisons séparées. L'extérieur des maisons est mignon comme tout, avec un superbe jardin (on peut y petit-déjeuner sous un auvent - très romantique!). Nous sommes entrées directement dans la maison principale et avons été accueillis par David, qui nous a ensuite montré notre chambre dans la maison d'à côté, au RDC. Spacieuse et propre. Déco un peu vieillotte, en mode chasse et vieux objets. Personnellement, j'ai beaucoup aimé parce que ça allait avec l'ambiance de mon voyage. Bar avec mini frigo, TV avec VHS (un voyage dans le temps!), vidéos à disposition (pareil, voyage dans le temps, avec de vieux films B et des curiosités - vraiment folklo), rocking chair, canapé convertible et chambre avec lit double. Salle de bains propre. On a l'impression d'être chez sa grand mère et ça fait du bien de ne pas être dans un motel anonyme, surtout quand on fait de la route!||J'ai dormi dans le canapé convertible, pas de problème particulier. Je crois que le lit était très bien. ||||Petit-déjeuner fait par Lonna et c'était délicieux. Très complet sans être lourd. Nous avons eu jus, café, salade, dessert... C'était frais et bon. Pas le petit-déjeuner bacon-oeufs à l'américaine. Plutôt vert (voire végétarien, je crois). ||||Bref, j'ai beaucoup aimé ce séjour et je recommande l'expérience!

Rural towns often don't have the perfect little place to stay. I have passed through here for work several times and like the Dream Inn enough to vacation in too. The building is a converted house, the interior is decorated with an eclectic mix of historical memorabilia, and the host is wonderful. The rooms I have stayed in have been comfortable and the shared bathroom is huge and well-appointed. Breakfast can be early and is certainly good enough to get you going and can be quite tasty. Definitely worth having this be your go-to for long-distance I-5 travel.

We stayed here over the Labor Day holiday. Room was quite large, king bed was comfortable. Towels and washcloths need replacing, updated. Rough and worn thin. Loved the 6 ft oversized claw foot tub, a plus.||Inn keeper, Lana? never introduced...did the breakfast meals, which was a light breakfast, and was very good. Not your typical Innkeeper. Service in sweatpants and socks. Didn't engage in conversation until I pushed with some friendly questions.||Rates are very reasonable. Would stay again
