First, I don’t know why the review I left last night doesn’t show here

Second, my experience was I checked in and ask her quiet room. The lady gave me the room by the elevator, which won’t be quite. I didn’t even open the door. I heard the dog was walking in the hallway when I getting out of the elevator.
I went back to the front desk and ask her and not a room and she gave me a room with all the bathtub while she saw I took all of my diving gears. I went back and asked her to give me a room with bathtub and she told me there is no bathtub in this hotel at all.
Hey, the manager of the hotel I want to check with you who you are hiring and YJ has no idea about your hotel at all ? I showed her the picture on your hotel website. Here is the bathtub and they gave me the bathtub room. Then she worked on the bath top and finally after 30 minutes checking at late around 10:30. I got my bathtub room has a nice kitchen and a big bathroom thank God I can clean my diving gears
Second morning, 8:30 AM the guy walking back in the force above my room like a giant bear. I couldn’t fall asleep.
Later on, I was working on my stuff and I couldn’t focus it because he walked back-and-forth again and my table is shaking

Conclusion: it’s a very nice clean hotel with a very low quality room, but very nice and the new design in here
And other part I don’t like is well this is a hotel everything should make you comfortable but when I walk in this hotel, the first floor light is 6000k led which is super bright day light.
When you’re super tired, you want something soft and smooth 3000k is the best option! This is the suggestion from a professional interior designer.
Change a more professional front desk at lease who has a sense to know what kind of room design you have. I know more then her for sure

Update. I forgot my toothbrush and call the front desk. You know. People working here they really don’t carry their brain To work here. I told him twice I checked in on Saturday and I check out on Sunday. Seems like he was not listening to me and it seems like he was listening to me and he asked me to call back tomorrow and it told me nobody turned in yet I was if it was two days ago nobody turned in yet. You asked me to call back tomorrow so somebody will turn in tomorrow, right? Then he says I have a two check by myself with the house cleaning and he couldn’t help. OK you’re a self surface right then probably you need to quit your job and I can check in and looking for things by myself and to talk to the house cleaning, but not you as a front desk so what are you doing here? Both male and female has no intelligence? Omg… please change self service!!! Don’t pay them work here for nothing.

A hotel with 6000k light is pretty wired. Check in 10:15pm after diving where is the full set of diving gear, which causes me extra tired and the light makes me super uncomfortable. I have no idea why the front desk gives me a room next to the elevator and I didn’t even open the door asked to change your room and I told her gave me a room with a bathtub and 100% quiet room because the floor I try to check in With a dock barking on the hallway and she told me there is no bathtub in this hotel

The room is cute but after I told her I want a quiet room. I got a room facing the main road

🌟 Element Hotel in Irvine was a delight! 🏨 Our room was spacious, modern, and functional, complete with a handy small kitchen. Breakfast impressed with healthy options, and the lavamat room was a lifesaver. Service was efficient and attentive. Sadly, a hot water issue on our last day (likely a rare glitch) kept it from a perfect score. Still, highly recommend for a comfy, stylish stay! ✨

Complementary upgrade for elite Marriott reward : Although I'm Platinum, and it's only $9 difference between the standard room and the suite. They made me pay the difference to get upgraded. What a s* management. I should not have to ask for a complementary upgrade I expect to be offered when available, when available when available 3 times so the one who replies see it. The female front desk told me couple of times that the manager doesn't allow it.
Welcome Gift Choice: the only Marriott property that says only the drinks and the one dollar market price( they sell it 3x the market price and it is normal at a hotel for the convenience) no food no ice cream. All other hotels they would say anything from the market. Maybe except wine.
Breakfast: it is good, I prefer the weekend when mester eggs for $5 then he laugh telling you you need to tip me or I will give you the attitude Buddy!! And it is Sir not buddy be professional. The yogurt section fruits I noticed the yogurt and the fruit quality are not as before, there's no care in removing bad pieces, rotten pieces.
I like the tea time in the evening but it is just for an hour during the week days.
The coffee machine is a nice addition but I think the sugar is so much in the hotel chocolate, calories and ingredients should be posted.
I have been stayed at this hotel frequently since day one soft opening and I went through different management .
I love the location and the convenience, I love the style of element hotels in general.
The front desk employees are mostly friendly and helpful but they seem to have instructions to answer questions and reply in certain way!!!

Pleasant room and hotel. I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member and was not upgraded to a nicer room for free. They had one available but I had to pay to be upgraded. I’m being to question what being a Platinum Elite member really gets you, besides it sounding cool.
May sound like a petty complaint but I charge alot on my Marriott card.

I'm not saying ignore the negative comments, but i travel very often and am very particular about my hotels. This one 10/10 all around, especially for busy professionals.

One piece of advice, schedule your uber 20-30 in advance.

Adrianna and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. ❤️ we highly recommend this place, rooms are equipped with functional kitchen, fridge, microwave oven.

You cannot convince me that the hotel management has nothing to do with this. This was not there until recently. Pure greed to force guest to pay for their ridiculous parking where there’s alternatives, I invite everybody take a picture and point out their greed. The management can humiliate them selves as much they want and claim they have nothing to do with it .
All the great things about this location, service, and how great some of the people who works here vanish when it comes down to this levelof a greed.
