Had a really good experience with this place. We did end up getting a deluxe room which was way more room than the smaller one. It was nice to be able to have our dogs with us and be close to everything. The rooms were clean and Carly at the front was absolutely wonderful and took really Good care of us. Would definetly stay there again. But would do the deluxe room vs the smaller room. It was nice to have that extra space in the kitchen.

We arrived to a filthy room. The bed had dirt marks. There was used toilet paper in the toilet bowl and leftover soap in the shower. The room was definitely not check-in ready. We asked kindly for a refund and they agreed. But when we requested for our payment back through Agoda, they said that the property owner only agreed for half the amount. Their cleanliness, service, and honor system are questionable.

This experience made us not want to do business with the property and with Agoda anymore.

Wi-Fi worked every now and then. The rooms are clean, but need at least the slightest renovation. Great place. If you don't have a specialist, find one on Yelp. Hang the TV level.

Exceptional Service and Dedication

During a recent stay at the Emerald Bay Lodge, I accidentally left behind an item upon checking out, Naturally, I panicked once I realized this, but the hotel manager, Neelam, went above and beyond to ensure the item was returned to me quickly and securely.

From the moment I reached out, Neelam was responsive, empathetic, and highly professional. They coordinated the search for my lost item, kept me updated throughout the process, and even arranged for it to be shipped directly to my home. The care and attention to detail demonstrated by Neelam were truly remarkable.

This level of service is a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction. Not only did they resolve my issue promptly, but they also turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. I can’t recommend the Emerald Bay Bridge enough, thanks in large part to Neelam’s outstanding commitment to their guests.

Do not stay here. Room wasn't ready until 5PM . It all depends if the cleaning contractor shows up.
No A/C. It was 94 degrees both days we stayed. No sleep from being to hot. No screens on windows , which you had to have open all night, which brings the bugs in and obviously not secure when your sleeping at night.
Bed was worn out and had deep ruts. No where to put luggage.
To small, 2 people will step all over each other. Property is run down and the pool was shutdown and filthy. This is not a 3 star hotel. It's a 1 star at best.
We are not the only people to check out after we checked. We talked with several guests , most spent one night , then found another hotel like we did.

I didn't end up staying after showing up to not at all what I was expecting. The office was the first clue, it looked like someone's home office in an unfinished basement with one desk and pretty much empty besides that (and not clean). I walked into the room, looked around for a moment and walked right back out. It wasn't clean, there was visible stains on the blankets, it was tiny and had none of the amenities that were listed when I booked. The parking lot looked like it was partially abandoned amidst incomplete construction. I immediately told them this was not the hotel I booked and it was not acceptable. The one positive from this is the woman helping me was nice, canceled my reservation and confirmed there would be no charges.

Come to find out from some locals that they were copying and using another local hotels website information. It made perfect sense as it was NOTHING like what I thought was booking. I would highly NOT recommend this place and use extreme caution in trusting any information from their website.
