Not organized... The entrance hall stank... There were lots of objects on the floor in the hall leading to the bedroom. Furniture is old. It's kinda cold at night. Can definitely find better for this price.
Good point : Quiet, free parking.

Ok, so where to begin; I want to try and find something.... ANYTHING nice about this place.

Got it! This place has a great location, and is close to local spots and the highway. The front desk staff was super nice and the check-in process was fast.

the overall look of the room was fine for what it was and the price, but I am giving this place a one star for the following reasons:

1. ROACHES... this place has roaches and that is a non-starter for me, the moment I saw the roaches I immediately took everything out of this building. They also had "stink-bugs" but they only come around EVERYWHERE during so the fall so that's not on them.

2. Now to be fair (speculating) I think the reason for the roaches is because this ES (extended stay) has long-term residents that are here (subsidized by the government) as well as immigrants that live here permanently. And the children have been running non-stop for 6 hours until 2am...... and start right back up running at 9am and I understand this is something the hotel has no control over

nothing says quality like having washed clothes spread out in the main lobby (again, this is a bad look for a hotel.....even though it's an issue with the customer)

I would not recommend this place due to having roaches in it. This a older property and Marriott needs to invest some money to address the issues this place has.

Gross, is all I could think as I walked in this place. I was like "maybe it's not that bad" until I got to the room and sat on the bed, or springs wrapped in sheets. The hallway smelled like disgusting food. The elevator smelled like cigarettes and the vibe of the hotel is, just disturbing. Feels like nobody even works here. I left, I wasn't in the mood to spend a terrifying night, wondering if someone was going to walk in my room or something was going to crawl on me. I don't know why it's legal to rent motels like this.

Didn’t even get to my room so not going to talk about it, I booked a night here and when I’m checking in I’m informed that my reservation had been cancelled but the vio.com app doesn’t reflect that, the man behind the counter I think his name is Stephanie, super rude and unprofessional, I got vio.com customer service on the phone and gave it over so they could resolve my issue and Stephanie gave him nothing but attitude, not only making me uncomfortable but also my girlfriend. I’ve booked with vio.com so much idek if it’s an app issue or the hotels issue, regardless of it the experience has been the worst, missed my dinner reservation because of this.

You know it's bad when you walk in and say " screw it we'll lose our money" and leave. This hotel is definitely housing and not good housing. I suppose if you need to do some crack it will do but I've never left a place so fast.

The staff is amazing both Tara and Stephanie get 5 stars. Thank you for making our stay easier if it wasn't for them our stay wouldn't have e been ad comfortable. Both these wi.en went above and beyond their duties.
