Limpio y amplio aparthotel con cocina completa.Ideal para visitar el valle del Napa y Sacramento a la mitad de precio que cualquier opción similar en dichas zonas. Cómodo para entrar y aparcar y con buen enlace a la autopista.||||Al lado del hotel hay una gasolinera con artículos de primera necesidad y pasado el puente todo un hipermercado para hacer las compras.||||El lugar parece concebido como un lugar para pasar largas estancias por lo que algunos de los inquilinos del hotel tienen aspecto extraño, pero en general disfrutamos de dos días estupendos a un módico precio y es más, como al parecer se produjo un error con nuestra reserva de Booking, nos asignaron dos habitaciones por el precio de una familiar.

We had to stay while our house was under construction. The location is terrible. But the rooms—worse. When we checked in, the bathtub looked like there was actual crumbles of dirt in the tub and the stopper appeared to have body fluids on it. I asked for house keeping. They weren’t there. The management said I could look at two rooms and see if they were better. One was cleaner but it smelled so strong of smoke, there was no way since I am allergic. The second was cleaner than the first room, but still not great. The shower is literally hanging out of the wall. There is a kitchen in The room, but nothing to use the kitchen with (ie dishes). The manager did provide some. I had to go down to reception and carry it all up. The free WiFi is terrible, but you can pay extra for better WiFi—by the hour. There is also no hairdryer in the room. Luckily, my home is in the Fairfield area so I could drive and pick one up, but if you’re traveling, that could be a problem. Oh, but they are pet friendly.

Extended Stay, long term - between homes.
Reasonable rates (booked in advance). Easy check-in/check-out. Angela, Kim, Sharon, Lynne (maintenance and maids) attentive caring customer service. No matter the need or concern, the staff accommodated and/or at best redirected to alternative options. Dependable customer service with a smile and thoughtful intentions.
Note: Location, close to freeway, fueling station, grocery store/eateries (10 - 15 min walk) and Target (5 mins car). Moreover, hotel parking is “secure” and safe.

Me and my son stay here for two almost two months. And the manager here and the people discriminate against my kids it's ridiculous.....when was refused extending because they said my son was loitering.....He a damn kids standing in the hall way waiting on his brother after complaints against us all we do is sleep and work and them school....there been plenty of time I or someone else has been hanging in the stairway and nobody said u can't do that... we was definitely discriminated against never again i think we might be suing

I had the most awful experience of staying at this hotel. NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

They called police on me when I requested housekeeping and I was due for housekeeping but they kept denying it.

The police packed my stuff and I did not get all my personal belonging like clothes and groceries. I was checked in night time and the hotel could not care less about my stuff.

I had booked multiple months stay that ended abruptly in one month suddenly on one night based on wishes of front desk staff!!

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I traveled from a different state and arrived at 12:15 AM, having already paid for my stay. However, they refused to let me check in, insisting that I wait until 1:00 AM. On top of that, they wouldn’t even allow me to use the restroom while waiting. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Very disappointing!

If I could give the service the real ratings deserved, you'd need a jacket for the negative so low because they are so cold. The room was reserved late for a stay over through the 800 number but the woman said it needed to be approved by her she sold the room. This was at 10am. When told we had a reservation number she screamed I said get out and kicked the room door and called the police and had another tantrum when told people had a right to get their stuff she wanted to see the police removing people and then locked the front doors Making it difficult to get in or out. The police left before we did. She's crazy and this took place all before noon. What happened to a late check out? Definitely not sleeping in at this place. I am still in shock.
