I had a fantastic stay here! The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The in-room kitchen is a huge plus, it’s great to be able to cook your own meals. There’s also a desk, which was perfect for setting up my computer, and plenty of storage space for clothes.

But what really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. The positive atmosphere they create makes a huge difference in the overall stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place for an Extended Stay, this is definitely a great choice!

Muldrow. At Suite 106. Handicap rm great work very hard they salt sidewalks here all night for us Violetta is outside everyday checking the grounds for us making sure everything safe.

Perfect location, Great staff, Clean rooms, pet friendly, a kitchenette, honestly there are so many good qualities and the kitchenette is S tier and makes it the ONLY hotel in the area with one! GOOD price right now for $66 a night and the longer you stay the cheaper it will be. Give it a shot!

Great location with easy on-and-off access from I-80. The staff is wonderful—warm, welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Most importantly, they genuinely want your stay to be the best it can be.

This is one of the few remaining pet-friendly hotels in the area, and the staff loves your pets too. They decorate for the seasons and various holidays, giving the lobby a cozy, home-like feel when you walk in.

The rooms are clean and well-appointed. If you need anything for your kitchenette, just ask the front desk—they’re happy to oblige.

ESA is my hotel of choice when I travel. But Budd Lake is my favorite in the tri-state area. Currently, I’m here on an extended basis due to my place being completely gutted and renovated after a flood. Whenever I return from my daily outings, I truly feel like the front desk staff is happy to see me—and that’s a rare and refreshing feeling these days.

Definitely recommend staying here! I've been here for 4 weeks.|The rooms are clean.|The supplies are always stocked and available.|The hotel itself is very clean. The management runs this place great. Like a tight ship. I always see the manager named "V" (Violetta) working hard. In fact she went above and beyond carrying an 80 lb exercise machine for me that I ordered for my Physical Therapy.|She threw it over her shoulder like Hercules! Lol.|The hotel is maintained well and with an on staff "maintaince man" (forget his name). Who is also very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my TV and within 5 minutes of me calling he was here and fixed my problem.|The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidayS. And really encompassed the holiday spirit. And decorated for Christmas AND Hannukah!|I love how every morning they put out a continental breakfast including hot fresh coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Including flavored coffee creamer.|I am disabled. This hotel and staff has accommodated me and my Disability.|All staff has been so friendly and helpful. "Peter" at the Front Desk is the nicest guy on the planet. |I have an ESA with me. A 4lb Morkie and they've been very kind to her as well.|The laundry room is very nice and kept clean. With a TV, table to fold your clothes and drink & snack vending machines.|I've stayed in other hotels and this one by far is my favorite. Especially for how well it's run.|I always see V & the other day time Manager running around, working hard, and truly caring about running this hotel efficiently.|I've never seen either Manager sitting around doing nothing like I typically see in other hotels. They truly care. And care about guest services and ensuring a comfortable stay.

Very simple hotel, clean and safe

It is so hard to find dog friendly hotels, let alone dog-friendly hotels that are safe and clean. I travel with my dogs as a single female across the country often, I am in the process of moving to LA when the fire started, left without a place on the East Coast haven't been able to go back West yet until everything settles down, the staff in this hotel have been lovely. Rhonda especially. Above and beyond with every need and is one of the kind of souls that there are. She deserves the world here don't ever let her go ,extended stay!

Positive: Staff at the desk is always friendly and accommodating. Coffee in the lobby is great. I love that it is a non-smoking hotel. Negative: This was the first time the floor was pretty dirty in the room. It definitely wasn't mopped and didn't look swept. It would be great to have more variety in the grab and go breakfast. The blueberry muffins have an off-putting chemical taste.
