I’ve stayed here 6 different times, ranging from 2-4 weeks. These people do not do room cleaning service!!! Everrrr!!! I had no clean towels and piling garbage everywhere. I have two kids so this sucked majorly!! The rooms are dated, and feel dirty. The walls are thin. Staff was never at the desk and when they were, they were rude.
I would not recommend staying here if you have kids, want to stay here a long time and are looking for a budget friendly option. This place sucks! They also don’t have breakfast:) they have granola bars and watery coffee they keep out for an hour or two. There’s much better options elsewhere.

I’ll start with the good stuff … front desk attendant named amour( Filipina lady ) is fantastic professional warm and helpful refilled coffee for me during breakfast … housekeeper was a sweet old lady who knocked everyday to see if we were extending our visit or needed room cleaning …. I stayed here as long as I did because I had a slip and fall accident in the area and it was cinvienent … there were letters being slipped under doors about marijuana smoke ( my fiancé and I are non smokers ) so i questioned it initially made inquiry over hotel
Phone receptionist whose name I don’t know says it was slipped under every door but added that the smell Was heavy near my door … I went in person to front desk her and another desk clerk ( both white women one Had crunchy still pink hair ) were flippant and dismissive … now let’s talk about the rooms ( which initially I was going to have no complaints about per price ) cigarette burns on bathroom counter and tub … 4 roaches killed 3 by my fiancé 1 by me , cigarette smell seeping through air vents ( the rude desk Clerk said she heard no complaints of that just weed 😂😂🤦🏽‍♀️she was being pretentious about it nothing professional about her ) dirty carpets smelled of dog bathtub had dog hair on it , dirty heater air conditioner ( I know because it triggered my eye allergies whenever it was turned on … this place would be better if you didn’t rent to drug addicts and sex traffickers … the smell Of crack cocaine was overwhelming in stairwell south end of building someone has the downstairs door propped open with a rug …the rude chicks in front def didn’t give my fiancé the same vibes given to me he noted that 😂😩 maybe I should have had him make the inquiry about the smoke .. I feel like extended stay Fairfield is a better bet I’ve stayed there in not so distant past …Oa I notice pink hair has hood reviews literally got sized up and back turned on me maybe she thought I was an undisireable I feel
Like I was pleasant enough … that or she choosey about who she’s nice to as again fiancé said she was all smiles and sunshine when he walked in … I may have looked a fright but I was recovering … don’t pick and choose who you are nice to

My husband and I checked in in August of last year, and finally checked out at the end of February. We had gotten a work assignment less than 2 miles from here, so it was very convenient. This Hotel caters to people like my husband and myself- temporary yet extended.
The best part about this facility?
The Staff.
Tina, Gina, Brittany, Lonelle, and Olivia.

These ladies are so professional, personable, positive, and were an absolute joy to experience. They greeted us everyday with a smile, and were always ready and willing to help with anything.
That in and of itself, makes all the difference when staying long term at any Hotel.
The Lobby was always clean and smelled good.
These ladies kept the 'riff-raff' out, and made sure the quality of the Hotel was always upheld.
If you are looking for an extended stay hotel,
THIS is HANDS DOWN the place to check in and settle in!
Ladies, you are all very missed but much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My experience at Extended Stay Vacaville - Sacramento was underwhelming. While the location is convenient and deserves credit for its accessibility, the rest of the stay left much to be desired.

The rooms were disappointing—lacking cleanliness, comfort, and proper maintenance. It didn’t meet the expectations for a comfortable extended stay. The service was also subpar, with staff that seemed either unresponsive or not particularly accommodating. While not the worst, it certainly didn’t enhance the experience.

The biggest positive is the location, which is convenient for travelers needing easy access to nearby areas. However, unless improvements are made in room quality and service, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night or two.

Usually book online but was on the road and happened to drive by here. Britt, the girl with pink hair who checked me in was super nice and made me feel welcomed. It's not often you see hotel/motel staff actually be at the front desk while acting friendly and professional to customers. Most of the time at these kind of establishments you wondering if anyone is working at all. This was a refreshing change. Hopefully anyone else who comes here will be checked in by Britt. really nice person! Will come again.

Great customer service. There is always an employee there when you need them anytime you need. The entire building is well maintained inside and out. I would definitely recommend this location. It feels like home.
