I stayed here for a few nights while in town for a wedding, and it was a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gentleman at the front desk in the evening was top notch. The room was clean and comfortable with fresh decor. Everything in the room worked properly, and it had modern amenities & furnishings, including mini-fridge. The included breakfast was good & I would gladly stay here again.

This hotel surpassed my expectations when I got a good deal on the rate. I expected to “tough it out”. That was NOT the case. They have breakfast and there is an attendant who is basically a server and cook. She was there every morning smiling and working so hard. By the 3rd day it was like seeing a friend. The front staff were always helpful and kind. They hid ducks around the lobby for kids to find for prizes. And everything was always clean. The room was quiet and just the right size for 4 of us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I debated whether to stay here or the Hampton Inn (loyalty member). At the recommendation of our sales team, I stayed at Fairfield. Honestly, hands down the best decision I made. It was wonderful! From the fresh popped popcorn in the evening to the wonderful looking breakfast ( I didn't eat due to intermittent fasting), everything was amazing! Please stay consistent, and you will have a forever customer in me. Thank you!

Other than the weird entrance to the hotel (took a few minutes to figure it out) it's as close to perfect as possible. Rooms are well laid out, serviced regularly as requested. Near a lot of restaurants, retail. And the breakfast if the best I've seen in years. Always eggs and waffles, variety of cereals, yogurts and baked goods. This was a last minute choice when our original hotel had no elevator service.

Excellent Front Desk and room service. Hotel was impeccable condition. Breakfast had every condiment and item necessary and food was excellent. Room was clean and air conditioner worked perfectly. All staff very friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Very clean, nice hot showers. Comfy beds. The front desk gentleman made popcorn wich my son annihilated in our comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious they had vegan sausage available upon request as well as gluten free Udi’s bread, AND avocado!!!! My husband enjoyed biscuits and gravy and even went back for seconds on the scrambled eggs. Our son enjoyed an enormous hand poured waffle and lots of orange juice wich he said was amazing. The two ladies serving, Megan and Mary D, were constantly restocking items and cleaning up after satisfied guest finished their meals. We will definitely be coming back as my husband has business up this way.

As loyal Marriott members (Platinum for Life), this stay was probably the worst stay and customer service interaction we've ever had on a property. We'd booked in to stay at this hotel and were really only utilizing it to sleep as we had an early 6:30 am excursion 30 minutes aways. My parents, and my husband and I were accosted by a terrible service representative named Anthony on the morning of our departure around 5:45 am. My parents were loading their luggage while my husband and I were filling up coffee at the coffee station. My parents had forgotten their room key so the front desk (Anthony) had to allow them in, as they came in he asked the name and room number which they provided. They then came to meet us at the coffee station. I felt an awkward presence and turned around to see Anthony leering at us from an uncomfortable two feet away. I asked him if I could help him with something. He proceeded to leer and then walk away. My husband and I next went to load the car up with our luggage while my parents filled their coffee. My Dad informed us that Anthony was harassing them about stealing coffee. I returned to the lobby to discuss the issue only to find Anthony, triangulating my 5" 65 year old Mother and telling her she must pay for coffee. To which I asked him what the issue was and he said they have a problem with coffee stealing. I asked him his name and told him he needed to stop harassing my mother, I gave him our room number and last name and told him we are Bonvoy Platinum members and have never received this service before. He continued to barrage me with verbal explanations, to which my response was only to get my Mom out of there and exit safely. This should all have been avoided. Anthony was not at his desk to see us exit the elevator and walk out. Should he have been doing his due diligence this misunderstanding could have been avoided. It seems a silly hill to die on for $0.60 worth of coffee and an overnight desk clerk to accost innocent guests over. Either Anthony is a self righteous employee who needs some further training, or the Multibillion dollar Marriott Company is encouraging their workforce to put themselves in possibly dangerous altercations over a cup of coffee. Either way, horrid experience and can confidently say we will never stay here again and we've escalated this interaction with corporate.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I find it a bit pricey but I can truly say that it’s my favorite. Most importantly for me is that It’s clean. Additionally, the staff is friendly, great location, decent rooms. However, there’s one thing that I really hate, and it’s the shower head. It cannot be adjusted and the water hits straight to the back wall of the tub no matter what setting you select. Showering is a challenge. It seems to be an issue across some Fairfield Inns, as I have stayed in other locations and it’s exactly the same. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.
