Moved in to Field House September 2023 and had a seamless experience thanks to Stefanie in the leasing office! I was moving for a corporate relocation and had less than two weeks to find a place. When I contacted the leasing office to request a last minute tour, Stefanie was so accommodating. She carefully listened to what I was looking for and offered a few options within my budget. I really appreciated her approach and thoughtfulness- I never felt like I was being "sold" or pushed outside my budget. She helped me through the leasing process, answered any questions I had in a timely fashion, and went out of her way to welcome me when I moved in. Stefanie was incredibly professional, patient, and responsive and made the stressful experience of finding a home less stressful. Much appreciated!

5 Star for Bay Meadows Apartment collections! We recently move into the building this year from SF. Love the community, walking distance to Wholes food, Shops and more. Park in near by to take my family. Tino and his maintenance team are really great and also the leasing office help answer all my questions from us taking the tour to us moving in. I do recommend making an appointment for tour of the community you will enjoy it!

Avoid at all costs! We made the mistake of renting here from 2021-2022. The company who manages this complex and most others in the Bay Meadow community, Greystar is incredibly unprofessional. Throughout our stay there they were very unresponsive to billing issues, utility issues and damage their contractors made to our unit. Upon move out, they charged us for “damages” that were not there and did not send us any photos of them. They are a nightmare to deal with and at this price point, your money is much better spent at other luxury complexes on the peninsula.

We rented at Field House for a year. The location is convenient, and the units feel new (if shoddily constructed).

However, that is where the positives end.

Greystar, the management company overseeing Field House and the other Bay Meadows properties, is the most evil organization I've encountered.

When we moved out, they kept our entire deposit and billed us an additional ~$800 for paint. Usually, a landlord would try to justify this expense by sending evidence (e.g., photos). But nope — not Greystar.

After we disputed the charge and referred them to the California state guidance requiring landlords to cover normal wear and tear, they sicked a debt collector on us.

Unfortunately, looking at other reviews, we realize we should have expected this: Abusing tenants at move-out is Greystar's M.O.

We've rented from several landlords across San Francisco and the Peninsula. Never have we encountered behavior so despicable. If you're looking for another luxury apartment management company, I'd recommend Prometheus. They're similarly expensive, but at least you won't have to deal with the emotional and financial costs Greystar will attempt to impose.

In the grand scheme of things, we didn't even have it that bad: One of our neighbors accidentally left their auto-pay on after moving out. This mistake resulted in them paying an extra month of rent. Greystar only returned a portion!

In summary, I would only rent at Fieldhouse if I were a lawyer and possessed the time and energy to go to court. It could be a good career opportunity, as I'm sure your neighbors would join you in a class action.

The heater in unit was broken all the time.
Packages got stolen multiple times.
The apartment charges us $730 upon move out despite that they admit there was no damage only normal wear and tear.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Field House. I lived here about a year and a half ago and absolutely loved it Aside from being in a beautiful community, the Field House is managed by the most attentive, thoughtful staff. Whenever I had a question or an issue, the office staff were always very attentive and deeply committed to resolving any issues I may have experienced. I had one minor issue with my refrigerator and both the office staff and maintenance staff worked quickly to address and resolve the issue. I felt very valued by both the office and maintenance staffs. - In addition to an excellent on-site staff, the Field House is built in a beautiful community. Picture lots of sidewalks (for walking a dog), lots of flowers and beautiful green trees everywhere. I loved the community dearly. It was such a treat to be able to walk my dog around such a well-kept community. I also enjoyed meeting the many friendly neighbors that fill the community. - If you choose to move to the Field House, you will find a beautiful home with beautiful surroundings and an attentive, thoughtful staff committed to ensuring you have a wonderful experience. I adore my time at the Field House. May you love it as much as my dog and I did.

We have lived in Field House for about a year and a half now, and have had a great experience. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the Hillsdale Mall, to Whole Foods supermarket, and the to Hillsdale Caltrain station. The area also feels very safe and family oriented, there are also lots of parks and playgrounds within walking distance, and lots of people walking dogs at all times of day. Our apartment is bright and spacious, and Field House staff are always very quick to respond to any maintenance issues or other queries. The complex also organizes regular resident events, which has been a great way to meet our neighbors. Thanks to the Field House team for making this a great place to live!
