I WILL GIVE A 0 START IF GOOGLE PERMITS. SIGN A LEASE ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO FORGET THE SECURITY DEPOSIT + PET DEPOSIT AND AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT ON MOVE OUT. I stayed here for 4 YEARS and upon moveout, I got a bill for $2200 which includes $1900 for carpet replacement. We have a pet and the carpet had to be replaced since they found urine which we totally agree and fine. But dumping the entire replacement cost on us WITHOUT PRO-RATING since we have 1 year left on carpet life CAN ONLY HAPPEN in this community. We stayed with multiple apartments in US with a tenure of 4+ years and this is our first bad experience. You get what you pay for. One of the lowest rent offered community in South San Jose with a cost of heavy move out amount and living experience. You need to pass through the garbage cans with yuck smell to go to apartment from parking spot. 3 of the plug points were not working in the apartment even after calling for maintenance. All wooden doors, closet sliding are older than me and has to be handled like you take a kid else it will be disposed. You will get all sugar coated words from Property Manager till you say the moveout plan. AVOID and NEVER going to SIGN a lease with them in my life.

Lived here 6 months. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance and landscaping does an excellent job. I had a spider problem, and they sent the exterminator just 1 or 2 days later. The other people living in the community seem nice.

The staffs in this property are impolite and don’t have memory. 2 weeks ago, I came to this property to see a 2 bedrooms apartment. The guy at leasing office gave me a tour told me they had 2 options: rent rate for the not-remodeled one was $2395 and for remodeled one was 2595$. I picked the cheaper one. He gave me the tour for the current available apartment on that day and told me that they would have the apartment with the same price coming in May 1 and one in May 7. These would be the corner unit, which I prefer. He also told me they would change all machines in laundry room in May 19. Today I decided to submit the application. When I come to the leasing office, the lady told me such as I was a stupid person and that there wasn’t existing price like that. The guy showing me the property before seemed not remember anything he told. Ok, if they don’t have memory, they shouldn’t work and waste time of other people.

I am surprised by the bad reviews. I've lived here four years and have no issues. Staff is friendly and attentive. Car has never been broken into, and all my maintenance issues are dealt with asap. Yes you have to kill a spider occasionally, and yes there are lazy people who don't clean up after their pets. With any apartments you'll hear neighbors, but it's not as bad as some people are making it sound.

Awful experience
They are thieves. I gave them 1000 dollars for deposit, after 1 year that I decided to move out, they sent me a bill that I owe them 500 dollar. Last day I cleaned the apartment, I washed and cleaned bathroom and restroom. I vacuumed all apartment. I tried to leave home clean and nice, but they didn't care. They just care about money. They just looking for any chance to take money from you. Not recommended. Don't go there. Trust me. If I could give them 0 star. Hateful place.

Worst experience ever! 3 months after i moved in i got my car broken into as well as other vehicles. I reported the incident to the office and they did nothing, all that was said was if i filed a police report and "sorry there is nothing i can do". I requested that they invest in cameras but they were not interested in listening to anything I had to say. They claim that they would get security to come and patrol the area but that never happened. the only time i saw security is when they came to lock the laundry room and that was it a 5 min job. 6 months into my lease my car and other vehicles were broken into AGAIN, mind you still no cameras and still no security patrolling. i reported the break in AGAIN and they said there is nothing they can do. 7 months into my lease my apartment was burglarized and again nothing they can do and no security.

We decided to break the lease and gave them a 30 day notice. We let them know we did not feel safe here. my kids could not sleep with out a light being on all night and were to scared to be at home because of all the situations that kept occurring. this happened not only to us but to other residents.

We paid a 2000 deposit and when we left they did not refund our deposit and we received a bill that we owed them $600. They steal your money and do not care what happens to you or your property.

Horrible experience! We are first time renters and were being treated like we were gonna get the apartment. The woman who helped us kept saying "everything looks great". We got denied because we didn't have rental history. That's some we should of been told at first. Now thanks to them we are denied and from them checking our credit scores , they dropped. Waste of time! If I could give zero stars I would.
