I had a truly wonderful time at Foothill. Moving here alone, I was fortunate to find a warm and welcoming community that made me feel right at home. The location of the property is perfect with Blackberry Farm and Rancho San Antonio County Park at walking distance.
Corina, the property manager, was incredibly kind and supportive, always ensuring I felt comfortable. Foothill became more than just a place to live—it was a home away from home that gave me lots of memories 🙂

My family has been living in these apartments for almost a year. We chose them from many options because we liked the green and beautiful surroundings, the well-maintained apartments with good renovations, clean and bright rooms, and some apartments even having a fireplace. The spa jacuzzi is always operational, and there are 2 pools in the complex. There are highly-rated schools near the complex, which was important to us. Additionally, there is a clubhouse where you can host events, meet friends, or organize parties. We appreciate our property manager; they always help with any concerns. We enjoy living here because the neighbors are very sociable and friendly. We highly recommend this complex for a comfortable living experience.

My family and I have been living in this complex for the second year. Now our friends also live here. Why we like these apartments: 1. Good schools with a high rating 2. Near Rancho San Antonio Park (5 minutes by car), where we often walk with our family 3. The complex itself is small and cozy, the neighbors communicate with each other. Friendly atmosphere. 4. Holidays events. The apartment manager often organizes activities for children or just tea parties for everyone during the holidays. There was also a movie, yoga for women. 5. The apartments themselves are newer than many others that we looked at in the area. 6. There is a grocery store nearby (as well as a store for fresh vegetables and fruits), which can be reached on foot (10-15 minutes). 6. Heated pool (from April to November) 7. Playground for kids.

They did a great job keeping up cleanliness and offerings for amenities. The maintenance crew was consistently quick to respond and resolve issues. Management offers community family activities. A great place for kids to play together and make friends.

Lovely cozy complex of modern apartments! You have an electric car, please have a parking lot with charging. The complex includes 2 heated pools and a chic jacuzzi, of course a modern gym. This community hosts interesting and festive events, and very friendly neighbors live. The community is located in a district with a high rating of schools. Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. Do you like walking and hiking hiking, of course a beautiful Monta Vista park and Rancho San Antonio country park. What I need to tell is a very first-class service and staff are always ready to help!
