Estuvimos 4 noches y no es un buen motel, básicamente duermes en un cubiculo de habitación de unos 8m2, no tiene persianas y entra mucha luz, ademas en el baño tampoco tiene persianas y hay que tener la puerta cerrada mientras duermes. Se oye todo, el vecino de al lado, el de arriba, la nevera de la habitación, la carretera que esta al lado...horror!|El baño tardaba mucho en salir en agua caliente y estaba muy desgastado.||La lavandería es bastante cara: 6$ la lavadora y 6$ la secadora y 1$ por el detergente...mejor ir a una lavandería aparte. De positivo: la localización, el servicio era muy bueno, el chico de la recepción muy majo y atento!! En las habitaciones teníamos botellines de agua que es un detalle! |No volvería a este motel.

El alojamiento en general está bastante bien, las instalaciones son modernas al igual que el mobiliario. El único inconveniente es que está bastante alejado de todo. tuvimos que caminar por lo menos 20 minutos hasta llegar a la playa.

The rooms are very clean and look newly renovated. Management was great and will be staying here again. Check in and check out was also really easy. Lastly, the price is awesome for the location and how nice it is.

I give this place 5 stars because it is definitely worth the price, safe, and gets the job done. The small couch in the room was pretty stained, otherwise mostly clean (bathroom seemed brand new).

The woman at the desk was so nice and very helpful, but she seemingly runs the place herself so is not always there if you have an issue, and the phone number listed here didn't connect to the front desk at all. Housekeeping is very friendly and hepful as well.

Location is okay, Manhattan Beach is very quiet, but it's a 20 minute walk through nice neighborhoods to get to the beach and small main street area next to the pier.

Great little motel! I was a little nervous when the wifi access code was "Norman Bates", but it completely exceeded my expectations. My room was updated and modern and clean. Loved the blackout shades. check in was smooth and easy. Close to the manhattan beach district that has the pier as well as lots of shops and places to eat. And the surrounded neighborhood is so pretty!||Just know it is on a main highway, so it's a little noisy....but you can barely hear it when you're in your room. I slept just fine.

Wasn’t a guest just a buddy for dinner while he was in town. Have no idea of room rates, amenities, or other services but his room was cool. Slightly on the smaller side but he was in town only over night. It is fairly beach close there’s a Target fast/casual food choices nearby, and other entertainment or business and personal services within an Uber/Lyft ride away.
