Stayed 4 nights with the kids to visit my family in bay area. It is a very prime location in Fremont, so many restaurant and shop surrounding the hotel, swimming pool and gym are good for family but for a 4 years old hotel, we saw some stains and yellow molding on the wall but they tried to convinced me that those were paints and design of the closet wall paper, I will just post it here to let people judge that. be honest if it is a “design“ , then I don't really have the artistic mind to appreciate it.

My company put me in the extended stay. As soon as I walked in it was a no way. Then I went down the street to Hilton garden in. OMG. The people writing anything other than 5 stars go get calibrated on what one star really is. Yes the water doesn't go burning hot but it is fine. Why do you want a burning hot shower? At night it was fine. Gym was nice and open. There is a pool but no hot tub. Wonderful breakfast great staff. Big parking lot. Tesla chargers. Will be back definitely.

The hotel does not value its reputation and promise to the customer even the hotel has confirmed its own fault. When I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, the hot water was not available and this issue was confirmed by the hotel. The front desk promised to reimburse my loss but after I checked out for weeks and they did nothing. I called Hilton and they told me it's not their fault.

For the second time I’ve stayed here there has been no hot water. It’s lukewarm at best. I brushed it off as a fluke the first time but two weeks later here I am again with the same issue. I see others have commented on it as well, so it’s not just me. Not happy with a cold shower.

I can’t say anything bad about cleanliness or the staff, it’s very good here. Hope this encourages them to address the issue. I’ve stayed at more than a dozen hiltons and never experienced this.

1.Fire alarm on Sunday morning…
2. Locked business working space..
3. They forgot to refill my room s body lotion although I had called the front desk…
4. It gave me a two queen bed room although I ordered a king bed one…
5. breakfast..just so so..
6. They charged me extra amount after my stay..I had to call them after I saw the invoice
7. After I called to correct them, they charged me another 20 dollars. I had to call again and the front desk said they did not what 20 dollars was for. Ridiculous
I wish I had chosen another hotel…worst experience ever

This hotel is pretty simple but is nice and clean. I stay here every month for work, and the location is very convenient for me. There is a Starbucks and Safeway within walking distance from the hotel, so that is convenient too.
