A very short walk to the forum for a really good price

Water was hot, room was clean, manager was nice, and it was awesome to be able to park right in front of my room

For how affordable this was it really exceeded my expectations

Proximity was the main factor for me and if you're going to sofi or the forum you can't beat this location

Was leary about the reviews I read but wanted to stay somewhere near Sofi. We're exactly across the street . The outside is not very appealing but the rooms are clean and a good size for 2 people. Was very quiet all night. I'll would stay here again.

Stayed here while in LA to see BTS, and it was just perfect. It is LA after all, so it was better than expected, clean and cozy, friendly and considerate management, and within walking distance to the stadium. Much of it seems to be recently remodeled too. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for just a few hours. No phone in a room, TV screen had big scratches on it, also you can’t turn it off nor adjust the volume. Sink in a bathroom has cracks, toiletries like soap are hidden in a basket on top of microwave, just a tip.

A lot has changed in the motel from last time I was there two years ago when I stayed for several months. People are very respectful and still cheaper compared to other places. During my stay there did not notice a single bug.
