When you ask for something they respond right away. Rooms are great other than the worst pillows! They need to invest in better pillows honestly. No substance awful

Good breakfast and service! They always ask how you are doing and if you need anything
They should have an outdoor space from the pool. You can’t really sit outside on a chair from the pool. We stay there all the time for business and hope they get new pillows!

I can't say enough good things about my stays at this hotel! I've been to El Centro a few times, and every time I return, I always choose this place because of the incredible service and warm atmosphere. A huge thanks to the manager and the entire staff for always going above and beyond to make each visit special. From the moment I arrive, I feel welcomed and taken care of. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back again for another amazing stay!

We visited this hotel about a week after it opened, and figured there would be some opening 'bumps'. Nope, everything at this hotel ran very smoothly. The first thing we noticed was that the atmosphere is a welcoming culture from the manager throughout the entire staff. Every time we walked in the door a staff member would look up and greet us. And there is always someone at the front desk, not hiding away in the back. Armando, the manager, was always visible asking us how our stay was going or if he could help us in any way. Absolutely love their customer service attitude.||I'm a light sleeper, and this location is quiet. Plus there is a constant fan, which I love to block out any noise in the hallway or anywhere. The room was a standard Home2 room, so not much else to add there. ||The breakfast was a typical Home2 - that said, I would have appreciated some cut fruit with the breakfast. ||We will be back, because of the staff and the quiet location. Very comfortable stay for us. Thank you Home2Suites!

This hotel is my second Home2 as its slogan. I always stay here when I have business to take care this region. I like Armando who is the manager of the hotel he is professional and take care of me everytime. Emilio and Naveah are very helpful and nice to make me feel like Home. In addition, all the staff are nice. Breakfast is always good and clean. They keep everything clean. I love the Jacuzzi and Gym. Thanks so much for taking care of me. I'll see you next month.

The hotel is top notch. Great staff, great service, and Armando (General Manager) was welcoming. The hotel is clean, plenty of room for activities, great things around to do, and great food options. This is also a pet friendly hotel that cares. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights a couple weeks ago. For a brand new hotel, I was surprised at all the broken stuff in my room. The shower had a metal ring falling off the wall. The shower door would not stay closed. And the shampoo bottle that is supposed to be fixed inside the shower fell off and was on the floor. Housekeeping wasn’t that great either. There was lotion smeared on the lotion bottle and I found short black hairs in my bed. Also, one day the shower went completely cold halfway through my shower. The pros are it’s in a great location, the front desk staff are super nice, and parking was easy to find.
