Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Realmente lo recomiendo, todo está genial. El desayuno es bueno, las habitaciones son excelentes, tiene gimnasio y una piscina si tú quieres usarlos. El personal del Lobby es exageradamente amable. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí la siguiente ocasión. Gracias equipo Home2 Suites by Hilton. I loved them.

I stayed here one night before a business meeting. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are fairly new and modern simple design. The bed linens were awful, not quality or all cotton fabric. The bed itself was okay. The hotel is not in the best area although I felt safe in the parking lot. There was yelling and fighting going on behind my room in an adjacent motel that woke me up in the middle of the night. This was not the hotels fault but unpleasant experience. The included breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. The eggs looked like plastic play kitchen rubber eggs. The hotel is convenient to downtown and old Sacramento. If you just need an affordable spot to sleep it might be a good choice.

I would definitely stay there again. I had such a restful sleep there, it was fabulous 👌🏾 👏🏽!!!!
The room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the Hilton Honours welcome gift. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful.

The shower was fabulous and the bed was so amazing I could have slept in it like Rip Van Winkle...practically forever :-D. Thank you for a truly pleasant stay, Home 2 Suites West Sac!

I am Hilton Diamond for Life and this was my third Hilton property this week while traveling for business. This hotel was the most expensive one this week and by far the worst.

First of all, the surrounding area is a bit sketchy with rundown motels. I would not walk anywhere from there. Parking at the hotel is very tight but I did have a spot..

I was sent the digital key for the room I chose prior to my arrival. When I went to my room, the key didn’t work so I had to return to the front desk, where I was told someone else was in my assigned room. I found this to be extremely strange since I had chosen my room in the app with digital check-in AND was sent a digital key to that room.

The room that I was able to stay in definitely needs attention and a deep cleaning. Stains on the carpet, bedspread, and sofa. There was food from a prior guest in the microwave, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the drain in the bathroom sink didn’t drain because of toothpaste stuck in it. My thermostat screen had something wrong with it and I was not able to read anything on it to make adjustments.

The room I was given had an adjoining room and I could hear EVERYTHING through the doors. I heard every word of my neighbors phone call, among other things. The doors really need to be thicker or have insulation.

Obviously, I would not recommend this hotel for many reasons and will not be back!

I booked a room at this Hilton for a road trip, expecting the reliable, high-quality experience that the Hilton brand is known for. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be checking in late (around 11 p.m.), but when I arrived, there was no parking available. All the spaces were taken, and cars were even parked in fire lanes. When I asked the front desk about additional parking options, they simply said none were available. Their only solution was to cancel my reservation.

I wasn’t alone in this issue—other guests in the lobby were also struggling with the lack of parking. One guest, who had already checked in, went out for an errand and returned to find no parking available. The staff could only apologize and suggest canceling his booking, despite him already being checked in.

This situation was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. As a result, I had to drive 45 minutes through thick fog at 1:30 a.m. to find alternative accommodations, which was both dangerous and unnecessary. I had booked this room specifically to avoid driving while fatigued, so this experience completely undermined that purpose.

What’s even more disappointing is that there was no prior communication about the limited parking availability, which would have allowed me to make alternative plans in advance. This experience was one of the most frustrating and unsafe situations I've encountered, and it's disheartening to be let down by a brand I once trusted. Hilton needs to do better in managing guest expectations and addressing such fundamental issues.

I have been at this hotel for a few weeks for work.Overall, it has been a pleasant experience. At check in, I was greeted by Bing who was very helpful. Throughout my stay she has been very responsive, nice, and courteous to any questions or assistance I may have had. She really does go out her way to make sure that the guest has a great stay. I appreciate her and all the staff members. They have all been nice and professional. I enjoyed the amenities, and the hotel is kept clean and aesthetically pleasing which is important.
