Positive: Their client file organization & efficiency. They directed me to exactly where the room was located. Negative: There was only 2 washers & 2 dryers. When I came to start my laundry the people occupying them were nowhere to be found. I waited......& never got my laundry done.

Positive: Close to shopping Negative: I?d give this hotel a zero if I could. It was crawling with cockroaches. At first you don?t notice it. Then I turned on the bathroom light and they scattered everywhere. I slept with the light then gave up. Several were on the wall and ceiling and light.

Esperienza non piacevolissima, ma per appoggiarci una notte è andato bene lo stesso. Avevo prenotato in anticipo online, sul sito dell'hotel, e mi avrebbero dovuto scalare i soldi dalla carta di debito il 19 di giugno (il soggiorno era il 22). Il 19 non mi hanno scalato niente ed entrando sul sito la prenotazione sembrava annullata, nonostante non avessi ricevuto nessuna email di cancellazione. Abbiamo quindi deciso di presentarci lo stesso, vista la grande abbondanza di motel nelle vicinanze, e la camera effettivamente c'era, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare una mezz'ora senza che nessuno ci dicesse quale era il problema, mentre la ragazza se ne stava con la mia carta dietro la reception, tutta rigorosamente sigillata e con un piccolo buchetto dove passare documenti e tutto il resto. Sul vetro della reception un cartello con gli importi delle multe se rubavi qualcosa dalla camera.. tra cui il phon.. entriamo in camera, non lo troviamo e quindi torno per farglielo presente, e la ragazza mi dice che non hanno phon nelle stanze (ottimo penso!!). La camera a prima vista sembrava ok, dopo poco però si notava l'incredibile umidità, che usciva anche dal pavimento, soprattutto del bagno, e la pulizia non proprio eccezionale. La cosa che più mi ha inquietato erano le persone accampate nel parcheggio, per cui la notte mi sono alzata a controllare se ci fosse ancora la macchina. Per fortuna tutto bene, ma non credo di tornare in zona!

Positive: I did like the size of the rooms Negative: This hotel has a roach infestation. Also, I used the microwave once and ended up with no power in my room. I spoke to the staff about my issues and received extremely poor customer service. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Staff were not helpful acted like they didn?t want to be there. I found roaches in my spoke to the front desk about it and had to wait over an hour for management to update me about next steps. I asked for a refund and left a day early.

I saw multiple baby cockroaches. Off walking in the floor had stains of food or something, clearly needed to be mopped and hasn’t been.
