This place is HORRIBLE when we got here it seems all good but we check in and go to our room and it’s DIRTY AND GROSS nothing was cleaned when we were about to go and complain the cleaning lady shows up asking if we’re staying another night and if we want it to be clean(because it was never cleaned from the other guests) so we immediately go to the office and the man proceeds to blame us and ask if we are dumb ass’s for not knowing it wasn’t clean to begin with, takes no responsibility in his failure as an establishment and starts cussing at us there was a very nice younger women who gave us a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL CATCH SOMETHING THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR ROOMS

Very cute on the outside. Looks like a small apartment complex. Nice garden clean pool. Inside of rooms however do not match the outside. Outside very nice. Rooms very outdated and in need of updating. Price very good. Quiet environment. Shopping gas, and food close by.

I didn't actually stay because the room rate was very reasonable for being close to the beach but not in my budget so I went further inland.

Front desk clerk was well spoken and nice.

This place is a little hidden, but pretty much right off of Beach Blvd about 2 miles from the entrance to both Huntington State Beach and Huntington City Beach and if you have to, you can walk to get something to eat, but you're in Southern California so drive.

It is a quaint and humble property and Song makes sure it is well kept. Everyone I have encountered is friendly and happy to be there. Genuinely a safe and clean place only 2 miles from the beach. Many repeat guests that return because they are treated like family and know they will have a comfortable and safe place to sleep. If you're looking to party, this place is not for you. It is quiet and relaxed. Beautiful plants surround the hotel. Laundry room, kitchenettes with dishes provided, local to restaurants, shopping, bars and once again the beach! May not be The Ritz but super clean and well taken care of with cameras throughout as well as security at night. Beautiful place to be.

The place was amazing, as well as the staff. They have a BBQ grill in the courtyard that you can use. The one we rented had a furnished kitchenette, but if there was something else you needed in the kitchen, the staff was great about getting it for you. Update from the last time we stayed there it has gotten kinda loud, there was a couple of rooms that were loud and just hanging out talking loud, yelling at kids.

Covid 19 left my family and myself more or less homeless. We ended up here. Good price as far as a weekly goes, clean, quiet and lots of friendly people also live here. The owner is great and helps with anything she can.

This motel was a real find. We were looking for a spacious room near the ocean, in a safe neighborhood. And we wanted a kitchen. This place was just perfect for us. We rented a one bedroom suite, $100 night but we got a week for $500 (a real deal).||The Huntington Beach area is really nice and quiet and has a very low crime rate. This was a concern for me as my son would be with me.||The one bedroom suite is spacious. There is a full kitchen including a microwave. This saved us a bundle over eating out. I do have to note; however, that it would have been better if they supplied pots, pans, disher, etc. They do not so we picked a few things up at the grocery store.||We forgot a few things, but there is a 24 hour Walgreens right across the street. Albertson's Groceries is one block away and open until midnight. ||The beach is two miles away. We had a car so it was too far. If we didn't have a car it would've been o.k. as the motel is right on a busline which goes straight to the beach.||And the motel does have a nice, clean pool.||They also have a laundry ($1 load washer/$1 dryer). And they have wireless internet at no extra cost. Very reliable internet, secure.||||To sum up: if you want a quality vacation on a budget, book here.

I would not stay at this hotel again if it was FREE! Stayed 2 weeks here and it was NOISY, old barely functioning windows and paper thin walls. We were woken 3 nights in a row with neighbors tv at 2am and them cooking and using microwave that was inches from our bed! I think they were using it to dry clothes! No consideration at all for other guests and the staff said I needed to be more understanding because the tenant works nights!!! Bathroom mirror fell off in the middle of the night and scared the hell out of us. All the "upgrades" seem to have been done cheap as possible. 24/7 smokers sitting on our stairs making us feel we were a nuisance trying to get to our room and the stench of cigarette smoke every time we went outside. Many long term tenants living there so parking was a constant problem. It didn't help there were several broken down vehicles just being stored in the parking lot. Homeless people living and fighting in the abandoned building just behind us. The owner knew given my situation I could not easily find a another hotel and I felt took advantage of the situation. Seriously over charged me the second week. To top it all off a bag of newly purchased cosmetics and perfume disappeared from our closet floor. The owner said nothing like this ever happened before and my gf must have left it somewhere else! These were gifts and not even opened! I strongly suspect another tenant stole them as the keys are easily copied and who knows who has one. NOT a professional run hotel at all! I rarely post such negative posts but I felt so cheated by the whole experience I felt I should warn potential guests of just SOME my bad experiences.
