Esta muy bien para la estancia, instalaciones limpias, atención rápida tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga está bien equipado, está muy cerca de todo ideal para viejas de negocios o viajes rápidos, lo recomiendo, sólo hay pequeños detalles como el teléfono no servía y tuvieron que cambiar la plancha

Me pareció un hotelito muy cómodo y relajante. Ideal para las personas de negocios para hospedarse. Precio favorable! Restaurante cercanos y cafetines para tomar un café ubicado al frente y comida delivery! Cercano se encuentra el mall de Brea donde puedes pedir un Uber y llevarte por una tarifa cómoda entre 3 a 6 dólares.

I’ve been coming here for over five years. This is my little spot when I want to get away from the ruckus . I know the managers and the owners they’re great. The ladies that clean the room are fantastic. They keep it clean. The area is really quiet no Riff Raff

Very clean and tidy, but no service after you check in. Kept having to ask for more coffee, toilet paper etc. As we stayed 3 nights these should have been automatically provided and when asking, you felt like you were a complete nuisance. No friendliness from staff. Renovations happening so construction noise from early morning till after dark

Room was small but I liked the layout. Only a few things bothered me. The towels were the worst I've felt in ages, really rough. Shower had a all-in-one soap dispenser, but it was empty 😕. Coffee maker wasn't cleaned properly and the reservoir was kinda gross looking. Nice room for a cheap night stay but wouldn't plan around it.

Rooms are okay. Location is fine. Service is substandard. I’ve stayed there several times and for the most part it’s been okay, but recently I stayed there and have had a really bad experience with the staff. My girlfriend and I were accused of stealing a smoke detector that was missing when we arrived. There was just wires hanging from the ceiling. I guess I should have reported it, but figured the housekeepers would have noticed and they were aware of it. They tried to make us pay for it on our last visit, but we refused being as it was like that upon arrival.

In addition to that my girlfriend was treated extremely poorly upon last check out due to the fact that on our last stay I had a seizure which is a medical condition I’m being treated for and I was profiled by them as some kind of degenerate due to my tattoos and the way I dress. I have worked as a department manager for Mercedes-Benz for 35yrs and to be profiled by this place is ridiculous and disgusting. I will never stay there again and I would advise you steer clear of this establishment and their judgmental inconsiderate rude staff!!

My friend and I had separate rooms. We were a bit concerned about staying here due to the many bad reviews, but also thought it was a good value and saw some positive reviews. We decided to take a chance. In retrospect, we wish we hadn't.||||Cons: ||||My friend's room was next to loud rowdy people having loud rowdy sex all night. Another night she was woken up by loud people as well. I don't think it was a prostitute, because perhaps they would've been more discreet to avoid detection. When I tell you the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, please believe me. I was just lucky I didn't have a loud neighbor. I could hear the TV and shower but when I put in my earplugs and laid in bed, I couldn't hear anything. ||||My towel rack fell off in the bathroom. The towels are rough, thin and small. There are no small lamps. It's either the bright overhead lights or nothing. One night stand was very wobbly. ||||||Pros: the price, the manager was friendly and pretty helpful, the facilities were pretty decent for the price, things were clean, there was only 1 person standing outside playing loud music and smoking something at 9pm. Most people were normal and only a few were low end and disruptive to the guest experience.||||Should you stay here? If you can handle loud annoying neighbors and terrible towels and you want to save money, then yes. If not, no.
