Fantastic location, you cannot get closer to the water. Clean and well appointed room – although it could use a little bit of a seashore feel, could be a living room anywhere in America. And easy walk to laid-back bars and restaurants – highly recommend blue ocean brewing across the street, and Barbara’s fish trap. Hilarious when I saw a poor review of someone complaining about noise from sea lions and foghorns – that is precisely why you should stay here, or not.

We had a great time! I would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to stay again. Having the private patio for our dog was great. She was able to lay in the sun, watch all the birds and go potty easily. The bed was super comfy, we slept great. The bath tub in our room was huge, great for a soak. We were able to DoorDash food to our room easily, came quickly and there was silverware in the room which was great! Sipping on warm coffee on a chilly morning looking out over the water, watching boat head out of the harbor was a treat!

Beautiful spot right by the ocean! You see so much nature. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Cleaners come daily and Connie the inn keeper is lovely 🙂 book it! Great small intimate area for a weekend get away

This was our third time staying at in at Mavericks. Each time we go we stay more days and when we go back I want to stay even longer. In all the years we have traveled about 50 this is the one place that we feel 100% relaxed. Even if we describe it until you go there, you won’t understand it. The area where this is could not be more perfect. You can walk around very easily. There are probably five restaurants, the marina and one street over there is a food truck that sells the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had where we walked over to every morning. The innkeepers are great and the housekeeping ladies always greet us with a big smile and are just so sweet.

This charming little Inn captured our eye as we began our 10 day PCH adventure. We reserved the Ross room and immediately felt relaxation and comfort upon entering the room. The view of the Bay was lovely - first thing you seeing walking in the door! There was a wonderful balcony to lounge and enjoy sitting pretty much on the water. Amenities were a plenty with the oversized shower/spa tub, a basket of snacks and some water. Comfortable, cozy King bed, sofa, bistro set and TV. The town is lovely and nice to stroll through and grab a bite to eat/drink. ||I highly recommend!!!

Great stay. We had two nervous dogs and they did quite well, once they became accustomed to the barking of the sea lions. It was a really nice costal visit with all the sound effects, including fog horn, sea lions, and the occasional boat. Great restaurants in the immediate area as well. Took off one star because the sink, in the bathroom, was extremely slow to drain and the housekeeper was aware of it before we checked in.

I took my parents here and we couldn't be more pleased. I was impressed with the room quality and cleanliness, and most of all the beautiful view from the room. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a blanket, drinking a hot chocolate (from their complimentary snack basket), looking at the ocean view while listening to the sea lions barking and fog horn going off every couple of seconds. We were also able to walk to nearby restaurants and brought our food back to the room so we can enjoy the view while we ate. It was such a nice retreat and would love to return in the future.

Dog friendly, quant little spot on the water within walking distance to great seafood restaurants, wineries, breweries, with a fantastic view! Plenty of parking and great for a weekend getaway
