Very nice accommodations. The virtual check-in was new to me, but they never missed a beat and I had directions to everything just prior to my arrival. Text response to two minor issues was almost immediate. Ground floor external hallways are cement and cold, but once inside my Kasa, was nicely warm. I appreciated the fully furnished kitchen with enough coffee pods for each morning.

Great customer service, easy to check in and check out. The Room is clean, very spacious, well equipped kitchen. We are 2nd time staying here. Like the gated garage, easy to park and feel safe. Feel luke home. Lots of shops and restaurants around the area

Absolutely amazing location, price, comfort, and cleanliness. Furthermore, for less than what we would have paid for a traditional hotel, our accommodation was much more spacious, and came equipped with every amenity we could possibly want (including private washing/drying machines, fridge, microwave, oven/stove, cooking equipment, dishwasher, and iron/ironing board). Given all that, we will almost certainly be staying at a Kasa the next time we are in a city with one.

Somewhere between an Airbnb and a hotel. The halls are solid concrete with a little paint. The rooms are comfortable and secure with double locks.

The text communication is good, kind of. They send sufficient information and ask you to reply with simple yes or no. But, you get an error message when you reply. They seem to still get the message, but it is very confusing.

In town for a work conference momentarily and was looking for a clean and affordable space. This Kasa was amazing with ample space and a well cleaned unit that let me feel right at home. It came with all the amenities I needed, and the location is very convenient.

Great place to stay have everything you need at your fingertips, makes traveling easy! Very convenient and close to the city. Beds and KASA overall were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this to a family or couple to enjoy a homey stay!

The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious! The floorplan is well designed and makes the small apartment not feel so cramped. ||On the other hand, the floors were not cleaned or mopped and there was sticky stuff on the hardwood. The living room rug needs to be either shampooed or trashed. It looked dirty and old.

I enjoyed staying at Kasa Love Field Medical District Apartments. I booked a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment was spacious for me, it’s good for two persons, modern, neat, comfortable and has all the amenities you need for a short stay. The only downside was the WiFi, sometimes it cuts off you need to restart the router, but wasn’t a big issue.. The location was good and the environment relaxing . I recommend Kasa Love Field apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dallas .
