My wife and I stayed at Kasa Palo Alto. We enjoyed staying there. Check in was flawless. They honored a request to change our room to ground floor, due to my wife’s disability. The room has everything one needs. It was very quiet, quiet, quiet, at night, and the curtains kept out all exterior light. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows, there was plenty of lighting for the room. The air conditioning unit gave us many selections. TV, microwave and a refrigerator that kept our food nice and cold. Even a safe. Very nice bathroom and shower. This may sound strange but the toilet paper was the best quality we’ve ever had, better than any of the luxury hotels we’ve stayed at. Free parking. The location was perfect. In the heart of Palo Alto and all it offers, at an incredibly reasonable price. We’ll be staying often, as we come to the area every 3-6 months. I highly recommend it.

Small motel. It's old. It's not fancy. But it was clean and the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. Memory foam. Nice pillows. Modern outlets with USB. Easy parking right by your room. I LOVED the self check-in system. It couldn't have worked better in my opinion. You book. They send you a text with all the codes and instructions you need. Didn't have to talk to a single staff member the whole time for either checking in or out. Wish all hotels did that! I came from several hours away and spent the whole day at the hospital before getting to the room. At some point during the day I started feel bad. By the time I got to the room I had a fever and was feeling like crud. It was so nice to park, walk 15 feet to the room, put the code in at the door, and hit the bed without having to go to a front desk and all that. I was on the bottom floor. I'd read reviews that those can be really loud. I lucked out and it was very quiet all night. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was super clean, everything from drawers, closet, bathroom. There were some amenities such as cookies, coffee and water available. WiFi worked great. Check in was easy and room was just enough what I needed for a biz trip. Location was also very convenient.

Bad. You are greeted by a robot. Has mobile-6 vibes. Light in the bathroom doesn’t work. My room was in the lobby. Dirty walls. Overall icky.

I don't understand how this place could have the average that it does. There's a carpet under the bed that's so dirty it should have been thrown out 2 years ago. Their ADA room has a showerhead that cannot be moved or mounted at full height, which seems like something that's easily avoidable or should at least come with a warning.

It's 2:30 am right now and there's road work with heavy machinery going on right outside the door. The room I'm in is second from the road, I messaged support at 1:50, and they've been unresponsive. Judging from the parking lot, the hotel is low occupancy, but with no one here I can't get moved to somewhere further from the road. If I could have stayed here for free, I would not have.

The room was super clean, and decorated so cute. The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were great and I didn't have to take any. The price and location is great. It was very quiet at night. I already booked it again for next month. I definitely will be back.
